When someone says extra extra extra extra caramel and you give them the same amount of caramel you would give someone when they don’t ask for extra then you need to reevaluate your skills. If someone pays for something, they expect to get it and shouldn’t have to ask for uou to fix it.

Between this store and the one in Joshua I will make the extra drive for the other one. The coffee 3/4 times taste like they used the most burnt roast of coffee ever made. I get that coffee isn’t supposed to be all sugar but when my pumpkin latte taste like burnt rubber I got a problem. This isn’t the first time either. There has been other times i don’t drink the drink because of how awful it taste and that’s not good considered i tip and an paying $6-7 a drink.

This location always a hit or miss if your drink is going to taste normal. Some days bad, some days good, been like this for 3 years. No one at this location can make a Venti White Chocolate Mocha 10 pumps white Chocolate, it baffles me. Ordered one today it was great, the last 6 times I been here, horrible. Guess I will never know why it’s so hard to make correctly.

This Starbucks has messed up multiple drinks and orders the last 5 times I have been here. Pictured is the Starbucks double-shot on ice I most recently received here. Compared to the other photo showing what it’s supposed to look like and how every other Starbucks makes it. This most recent drink was over 1/3 foam and when I commented on it, they proceeded to try and argue “that’s how it is” but ended up remaking it anyways. I appreciate them remaking it but it was still wrong the second time. I just went with it as it made up for the loss in volume on the original order. The point is that every drink I’ve ordered at this bucks has been way off from industry standard in both taste and quality, and they do not handle criticism well.

The staff are always welcoming, the store is clean and Newley remodeled. It looks more modern, but I miss the old look. Especially the comfy couches, which made it like a place I can drink my coffee and hang out for a bit. Now it’s more like hard seats and less space to mingle with people. Overall, I love all the employees here because they all work very hard, and some customers can be demanding, but these guys are an A-Team.
Maybe bring back the old look because a lot of people miss it.

Ordered two drinks: a venti hot americano with 3 pumps of mocha and half and half. I asked the gal to remake this for me because it wasn’t even lukewarm. Americano are meant to be HOT HOT. I watch her make it the 2nd time. She pumped the mocha into cup and put the cream on top of that. She pulled the shots into the bar shot glass. While the shots were pulling, she pulled “hot” water from the spigot at the bar into a milk steaming pitcher. She poured the shots into the cup then poured the water on top. Every time hot liquid is poured into another container it gets colder. This second drink was a little warmer than the first (because the spigot got purged by the first lukewarm drink). Had she put the mocha in the cup, poured the shots into the drink cup, poured the hot water into the drink cup and TOPPED the drink was half and half, it would’ve been hot. My husband wanted me to go back and have her make it a third time but I wasn’t going to do that to her. And it would’ve been the same temp anyway because of her technique.
My other drink was grande caramel ribbon crunch frappacino. It didn’t even get blended, see picture. The blenders are preprogrammed based on the drink you’re blending. Either they need a new blender, or the person making the drink turned it off early.

This is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They make refreshers fine but the coffee is always so bad. Starbucks is usually hit or miss but this location is consistently a miss
