I don’t think I’ve had worse takeout in years. I know it’s just BWW, but come on. My wings were ROCK hard, and had like no chicken inside. Just pure dryness. The fries were clearly reheated. The salad had none of the ingredients provided, just lettuce and cheese. The ranch cup was only half full and was sickeningly sweet, almost rancid tasting. The only thing decent was the Pepsi Zero. Never again.

Starting out everything seemed great, our server greeted us almost immediately after sitting down and took our drink order. We were seated outside and it appeared the heaters weren’t on directly above us so we were a little chilly. After placing our food orders we didn’t see our server again until after the food was delivered by various other servers which was a 45 minute to an hour wait. When we got our food it was all mostly cold and the fried sides were stale and unevenly portioned. We decided we only wanted to pay for drinks and move to a different place to eat. Needless to say we were all dissatisfied as none of us have ever had a bad experience with buffalo wild wings.

The most subpar wings I’ve ever had. I used to love this place however they’ve been dropping the ball lately. If youre in the mood for wings go somewhere else ESPECIALLY if you order take out. I’ve ordered takeout the past few times and each time the wings have arrived with little to no seasoning and just barely cooked, not crispy at all. I think the kitchen staff are taking short cuts when it comes to online orders since I have to go out of my way to complain now.

We had a pick 6 special. My husband got spicy wings and I got chicken tenders. They were big, not dry, and super crunchy. Even my leftover the next day we’re still crunchy. The fries were very tasty too.

I’m not one to complain but I just spent $50+ and I couldn’t be more disappointed…. customer service was fine but I got a take out order and I took it home only to have more than half of our chicken undercooked, and extremely tough! Chicken isn’t something I mess around with so sadly this went all to the trash… I rarely have a good experience at this location

This is a great experience, where the bartender knows your drink when you arrive. The spicy dippers are just that, where I have to eat them over a 1-hour period, but they are worth it. I love this place.

This location has terrible service and is absolutely disgusting.
We walked in at 9pm and told there was a 5 minute wait by a less than friendly hostess. Thought was strange seeing as how there was only a handful of parties in the restaurant. Went to the restroom only to see dirty surfaces and discarded paper towels and lining the wall underneath the over flowing trash can.
Walked back to the front to continue to wait and noticed many of the tables in the restaurant weren’t bussed and covered in dirty dishes and trash. There were literally more non bussed tables than there were parties sitting.
As we continued to wait. I noticed that most of the staff was either just hanging around or busy talking to the people at the tables. No one had a care in the world that the restaurant was a complete disaster. After 15 minutes of waiting, the hostess brought us to our table which was sticky and partially covered with a black film.
All I could think about was “if this is how they care about what we can see, how does the kitchen look?” We didn’t even sit down, we left and wont be returning unless something changes dramatically.

I ordered 2 Nashville hot chicken sandwiches. One with chili fry and one regular fry. Both sandwiches came without buns and the Chili fries were very disappointing. The sauce cup was their chili fries… I door dashed so be careful!

To start, the staff members had been attentive and quite friendly. I enjoyed my meal (for the most part). Though, the chicken had been overly crispy and a bit burnt. Hence, I’ll request for the chicken to be replaced if necessary for future reference when revisiting. I recommend this specific Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant.
