I ordered the spicy pork ramen, and it was perfection. The broth was rich, creamy, and layered with flavor — clearly simmered for hours — yet not overly heavy. The noodles were springy and cooked just right, soaking up the broth without losing their bite. The chashu pork practically melted in my mouth, and every topping — from the marinated egg to the crisp green onions — was perfectly balanced.
Service was fast and genuinely friendly, and it’s clear the staff take pride in what they serve. Even the small touches stood out: chilled water refilled without asking, spotless tables, and a playlist that made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
If you’re a ramen fan (or even if you’ve never had it before), this place sets the standard. Every bowl feels like it was made with care, and you’ll leave already planning your next visit.
Huge shoutout to Aldrin, our bartender and server. Super charismatic, attentive, and genuinely knows the menu. Every recommendation he made was a hit and made the whole experience even better.
10 out of 10 experience. Great food, great drinks, and great service. Highly recommend, and definitely ask for Aldrin if you’re there.
Food was really good the only thing I felt was the quantity of broth could’ve been more.
Overall it was nice.
I called and they refunded the beers. However they didn’t say the beers wouldn’t come in the original glass bottles and they didn’t think cold beer should be put in a different bag as a hot soup.
The portion of soup in each order is way smaller than the portion you would normally get dining in.
Got the spicy sesame ramen. The noodles are sorta mealy and thin so it didn’t give that level of body seen at most other places around town. Also, had to add a lot (A LOT) of extra spice as it was the spicy level of a middle aged Midwestern person who thinks pepper is too hot.
I also got the salmon roll. The structure was pretty shaky as it fell apart upon picking it up. Ended up just taking the salmon out and leaving the rest.
Good service though.
