Ordered a 3 crunchy taco meal. All the shells were broken. Some of the pieces were even missing on one. The audacity to put this in a bag blows my mind. Avoid this location, not all Tqco Bells are as poorly managed. Adding this one to the never visit again list.

This is the only fast food I eat too regularly as a vegan since everything is so easy to make vegan by choosing al fresco and replacing the meats with black beans / refried beans. Here they put some beef alongside my bean burrito. Usually I open and check, this time I just ate and it had a little weird taste to it … after checking they indeed added black beans, but instead of swapping they throwed in small bits of meat … not sure if intentional, by accident, or they just don’t care about their work and cross contamination. This is really upsetting and disgusting. I don’t recommend this place as vegan or vegetarian.
I just got an empty and blank sorry from cashier and got it redone.

Idk what’s the problem, maybe quit your job if you don’t care or if you are underpaid ask for more.

Ordered through drive through and my order was filled correctly because you know how it is in a drive through but they gave me excellent service. I Ordered the family pack with 4 tacos, 4 burritos and i Ordered fries with cheese sauce! Delicious!! The young man at the drive through window was very kind and good at his job.

The customer service today was amazing, they were busy at lunch time. The took the time to confirm something we requested to remove from our tacos.

They were beyond polite to an old couple trying to figure out the Taco Bell App.

They were trying to get to the dining room for cleaning as everyone just coming in.

Great job crew!! It’s a stressful time of year, amazing staff!

Samuel P took our order and was very pleasant and very helpful in taking our order with a smile. Service was quick while we were waiting for our food on a late Thursday evening around 9:45pm which was awesome and appreciated. Checked our order without opening the wrappers at the counter to see if we got our full order and everything was in the bag. Those of you who know that when you get home and you are missing part of your order know to check it at the store because this store has a habit of doing this in our past. Everything was good until we got home and opened our order. My wife’s crunchwrap was mostly lettuce and sour cream with a small amount of beef and cheese that was not balanced over the entire crunchwrap which was very disappointing. My order was ok and did not have anything to complain about until….. the topping on the cake was when my daughter opened up her Crunchy Beef Taco there was a June Bug right in the middle of the taco right above the meat. The lettuce on the Crunchy taco was put over the bug as well as the small amount of cheese pictured. How did the preparer of this taco not know that there was a Huge June Bug in the middle of that Taco without him seeing it, unless maybe or unsure if it was on purpose. The Taco made it from the Taco Bell #022777 4140 S. Lipscomb Ave store in the bag and was not opened until we unwrapped each of our items one at a time on our table from home so there was no way that bug got into our food from our mis-handling. Of course everyone stopped eating immediately after seeing the dead bug to check the rest of the meal and my wife lost her appetite. Dinner was a bust this evening. And yes I tried to call the store three times to let them know of our situation but nobody picked up the phone thus the reason for writing our review on Google.

Tonight we should have gone to the Nixa Taco Bell but was running late this evening and didn’t take the trip. Just a note, In Nixa, getting away from Corporate locations and going to Franchise locations in a smaller town you get better food that actually look like the picture on the menu board, better service, and a manager that actually cares for the customer. And yes we have been to the Ozark store many times and its consistent every time. Why did we risk it again you might ask, well again we were in a hurry and could not make the trip to Nixa and we learned our lesson.

I watched them build this location. Started out ok for a Taco Bell. Last two time they could make us nothing more than a casadia or a bean burrito. The last time they said I could only order via mobile app. I ask them why? They said they would not take cash but only through the mobile app. I requested just food with cash or credit card and was told directly to “stop harassing them just because I didn’t want to use the app.” I guess Taco bell is not for those of us born before the app only era now!

Under construction and can’t enter. Drive thru takes more than 20 minutes. Don’t open up until your ready I would suggest!!! Also they couldn’t make a Mexican pizza which I find ridiculous!!!

Avoid this location. I’ve had Mexican pizza and hardshell tacos here. They both have a nasty bitter taste to them. Several hours later, I’m still burping up this gross taste. Perhaps over using old oil, burnt oil, or something. Either way, I don’t recommend this spot.

The food is very expensive, tacos are soaked in water and service took 25 minutes with no one else in the driveway through. They also charged me $3 for 3 packets of sauce.

Can’t say my order is ever correct here. I waited for quite a bit for the wrong order tonight. Didn’t leave the window, just waited until they came back. I make sure to check my bag every time at this location. Once I received my actual order, I checked and noticed that I hadn’t received all my food. Shocker. I have to go inside every time. Looks like everyone has the same experience here. I was hoping that things would change when they temporarily closed recently. Wishful thinking. Hopefully they figure it out soon. I refuse to quit Taco Bell. After all, Demolition Man says it will be the only restaurant available in the year 2032.
