I’ve ordered several times and tried different burgers. Overall, it’s pretty tasty — simple fast food, nothing too special. However, one thing to mention is that the burgers are very greasy, to the point where the wrapper gets completely soaked. The last time, the fries were extremely oily as well — you could really feel the oil in your mouth, and it was literally dripping from the fries. I’m not sure if this is the restaurant’s thing, but if you’re into super greasy food, I’d recommend it.

Everything about my time here has been amazing. From the food to the people, Genisis especially. It didn’t take long at all after ordering to receive our food. The burgers were amazing. The fries were perfect. Genisis at the register was nothing short of amazing herself. Definitely coming back whenever I need a good burger again.

Had a lovely experience here after sledding with the grandbaby. Everyone was so nice and they had the Bears game on ! So that was awesome. Food was great, so good that he almost finished his plate, which is always a win win definitely be back.

I was there March 8 at 9:08pm and got a double American, when the burger was brought to me it was still raw on the inside to I kindly went and told them that it wasn’t cooked all the way and the manager grabbed the tray and threw it all in the trash(check camaras) and walked away from me without saying anything so I requested a refund and he refused to give me a refund because he said it was cooked even though I showed him the burger. He then kept on arguing with me when all I wanted was a refund alone that’s it and he said that no I will not give you a refund this one will be coooked trying to make me a new burger. I finally got a refund from the other worker who said the manager (Jerry) I don’t know if he gave me the right name; was being like that all day. Just horrible experience and the manager should work on his customer service.

Horrible location. The employees can’t figure out what their doing. I went in to get a large fry and a cup of cheese sauce. $10.56 after tax. Yikes, but the wife really wanted cheese fries. Took over 10min. And the fries were cold and dried out. I asked for new fries. They acted like I was asking for them to solve world hunger. Requested a refund. They couldn’t figure out how to refund my credit card. That took another 5 min. Finally have me cash. What a joke of a place. I felt bad for the people going in as I was leaving. Hope they were ready to wait an hour to get their food.

Best chili cheese dog I’ve ever had in my whole life – and I’m 59! They grill it! And they have rosemary, garlic & olive oil tater tots which are outta this world! Got the double classic too (yeah, I almost finished both) and that’s outstanding too. Lotsa sauce which I love & the edges are a little crispy – omg, so good. Very nice people work here too. I love this place! Thank you!
