We were getting new tires across the street, since we had a wait time at the tire shop we walked over to Dennys to grab a late lunch.
We were seated quickly and our waitress, I think her name was Faith, was very nice.
We ordered a Grand Slam Burrito with a side of cheesy hash browns and a BLT&E sandwich.
Wow does the cook not care about making the food lol. It was terrible, we didn’t even eat any of it. (Pictures Below).
The Burrito was not grilled but maybe 2 seconds lol, it was soggy and fell apart, the hash browns were 1/2 cooked and the cheddar cheese was cold and piled on top, the BLT&E was “Air Toasted” lol it was more stale then toasted.
Just very disappointing. Asked for the check, paid and left hungry still lol.
And yes I still tipped the waitress, obviously she didn’t “cook” the food.

Ordered the chicken which was supposed to come with country gravy and it did not. I paid an up charge for the Mac and cheese and there was literally 3 bites in the bowl. The potatoes were a little soft but it was a takeout order so I can understand that.
Chicken – maybe overcooked or old frying oil but the flavor was still good and it was hot.
Mac and cheese – this was good but very disappointing in the amount received
Overall everything was good but I was looking forward to getting what I ordered.

this is just plain disrespectful. a bunch of raw potatoes and 3 pieces of sausage in a wet nasty tortilla, served next to a bowl of slop. i’m not mad, i’m disappointed.

Came on a Monday night. There were four other tables here ahead of us. Service was slow.
I watched the other tables, get their food and every single table had an error with their order and then they waited for 15 minutes to get their replacement food.
After 45 minutes of waiting for our food and seeing it ready and sitting there in the kitchen for 15 minutes… Needless to say it was cold as well.
They did not offer to take off any amount from the food. Had to take half of it home because it was so cold. We had to heat it up and eat it later.
We will not be back!

All I can say is just Wow I am so happy that dennys has made a completely turn around the food is beyond good the servers are excellent especially bre and the manager sheri fox all I can say is never get rid of her coming here to eat is like being family dont ever change I will be here often and thank you. So I ordered the half nacho as I always do. I asked for extra meat on the side as I always do. My nachos come and there is no extra meat and they were out of the fiesta toppings. I asked why they didn’t let me know, My waitress said, “I’m not sure”. I said oh you’re waiting on the truck to come.. she said, “no they just didn’t make any”. I asked if it would be discounted, she said she wasn’t sure. I just let and went to the Belmont Denny’s where they had everything and service was amazing.

I do love the Dennys, it’s the same menu, the same quality food & it’s always repeatable, no matter where you’re at. The Dennys in Austintown, Ohio re-opened a few months back, so I figured I’d give it a try. The Dennys has had a complete overhaul & looks great. I was greeted by the friendly hostess and seated quickly. My waitress was out shortly after I was seated & took my drink order. My waitress returned promptly with my drinks & took my order. I really enjoyed how friendly & attentive she was. She apologized in advance for the service this evening, they were short. I felt the service was great, even though they were short staffed. I placed my order of my go-to, the Super Bird with girlies & dinner salad covered in ranch. As always, the salad was cold & crisp & Dennys ranch is absolutely the greatest ranch dressing ever. The Super Bird was stunningly perfect, that sandwich is the bomb. I was pleasantly pleased with my dinner & dining experience at this Denny’s location. So if you’re in Austintown, Oh and want a great Denny’s meal, this is your place.
