I pre-ordered via BK app which made things quicker.
Bathrooms are locked up and you need to wait to ask for a key.
Food was just ok. The double cheeseburger was definitely microwaved.
My large order of fries was not filled up but looked like the same amount as a small fries.
Since there was no self serve ketchup I asked for some. I was told that they don’t have any ketchup! Wow! How did they put the dime sized dollop on my sandwich?
The selfservice soda machine was unplugged and not working.
In my opinion: Avoid this location because they might not use proper food handling protocols….

Workers are very respectful And nice !! but Mozzarella sticks had no cheese like zero waited, 20 minutes of course they’re gonna make me pull up front and wait every time I get the fish sandwich ☹️ I understand they make it fresh

Fast food should NEVER be slow!!! I visited this located on my lunch break and wasted 20 minutes standing at the counter because cashier was working the drive thru as well. I walked out!!! Maybe never time Burger King, let’s get it together tho.

I came to pick up an order, and the person in charge of handing it to me had an aggressive attitude. I understand that there was only one person working in the kitchen and that the situation may have been stressful, but I was only there to pick up my food. It is not my fault if that person was feeling stressed. I simply wanted to get my order and leave. The person who assisted me is a young woman who speaks Spanish and was in charge of the night shift.

I only put a 3 on the service, the guy was real nice but overall it was far from fast food waiting for over 15 minutes after my order. the chicken sandwich was very good but that’s why I went, the fries were amazingly tasty and fresh, which is part of probably why it took so long, but still 15 minutes feels like hours when you’re in a hurry

I understand that a chain can be understaffed and sometimes they expect slow traffic, and those who are working are human and may have bad days. Nonetheless, this chain has been the crappiest BK I’ve been too. All the way from the staff’s inderent attitude, to the burnt food we got. Staff kept getting orders incorrectly, even if you order with them in the counter. We were there before a couple of people and we were almost the last people to get our food. And we didn’t even get it correctly. This is not a BK chain I can recommend based on this experience I got.

“I recently visited Burger King and had a disappointing experience. My wife asked to use the restroom, and the employees hesitated before telling her it was out of service. However, as we left, a female employee shared the situation with a male employee, who clapped dismissively, showing no regard for the issue. I’m certain the restroom wasn’t actually out of service—they simply didn’t want to clean it again. Burger King used to prioritize customer service, but this incident made us feel unwelcome. I’m surprised this location is still open with such poor customer care.”

I placed a mobile order, very simple with two meals and got told to park, waited an entire hour, 90 minutes after I placed the order. I genuinely get that places can be understaffed but when I’m watching others go in and get their food before me it’s frustrating

Took like 5 mins for someone to get on the microphone to take our order when we reach the window the young lady was talking give us our drinks taking payment but was talking to someone else on how she will be getting drunk for her birthday forgot sauces if she wasn’t worried about alcohol she can make people experience better

The Burger King at 4445 W Vine Street in Kissimmee has consistently been a terrible experience, and tonight was the worst yet. Over the past year, I’ve visited this location four times, and every single time has been frustrating enough to make me regret coming back.

The wait times are unreasonably long for a fast-food chain, even when using the mobile app for drive-thru pickup. My last two orders through the app have taken just as long as if I’d ordered on the spot. Tonight, however, was a whole new level of bad.

I placed a mobile order and went to the drive-thru as instructed. When I informed the employee I was there to pick up my mobile order, he yelled at me, telling me I had to come inside. I explained that I’d paid for drive-thru pickup, but he yelled again, “You have to come inside, papa!” When I asked him to cancel my order if they couldn’t provide the service I’d paid for, he told me to stop at the stop sign past the second window. Now, I’ve been sitting here for over 15 minutes without my food.

To make things worse, one of the previous times I ordered mozzarella sticks—listed as “mozzarella fries” on their menu—they were served half-frozen and had a weird yellow color to the “mozzarella.” It was disgusting and completely inedible.

This location’s combination of poor customer service, long wait times, unprofessional staff, and subpar food quality is unacceptable. If you’re considering this Burger King, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
