I eat at Burger King in Belton, Mo. Several times a week sometimes. Both breakfast and lunch. Fast, friendly service, accurate as well. I actually love this Burger King. Toni, the general manager is an amazing person. Please keep up the excellent work!

Good morning. The best food to me you can’t go wrong with that flame broiled taste. The service is always spot on and there is this sweet lady that has been there since the 90S and she’s so sweet. I used to drive the trash truck and some days were not good because my trucks were raggedy. But coming there in the morning and hearing how humble and sweet she was always made my day. Thank you lady God bless you sweetie.

Order double Whopper cheese meal for my son, fries were horrible, cold and wilted. I walked back in to get fresh fries, noticed they had some pre-boxed in the warner bay. From experience in food service,the area near the drive through window is cold and its not a good temp for the fry station. Better to have them in the bay bin, so they stay warmer. And if you don’t have a lot of customers coming through don’t make cook a lot of fries.

My son ate a few bites and said his burger tastes bitter. This is what I saw after checking his food.

I have ate the food from this Burger King for 3 decades and it is always good. Recently my sister had to wait at the drive-up for an hour, in the evening, to pick up an order I placed online. This is not acceptable. Then they completely left out a whopper and fries. She drove back to get it and they gave her a free cookie. Like any drive up, you should check your order, because things can be missing sometimes.

If you want to go to the drive-thru that’s fine. Don’t go in because the little vestibule area between the prairie front door and the next door you go into before you enter the restaurant itself smells really really bad and like cigarette smoke to wear it’s nasty it’s gross it makes me want to barf and I won’t order here because as soon as you open that second partition to go inside the building restaurant area itself You still get that lingering smell of cigarettes and just loses the appetite it’s nasty

This place has been mediocre for the first few years I’ve lived in Belton (2016-2020). It got alright during covid, depending on the time you went and who staffed it. I moved out for the last year (2023) and just recently came back into the area.
Now, with moving, I’ve been eating out a lot. This location has been on the bussin list for the past month. No errors, no grossness, super friendly staff, and literally commercial grade, beautiful, amazing tasting burgers and fries.

I literally go to yall almost everyday before I go into work and the last 2 times I’ve gone to see yall in the drive through yall have messed up my order I would order a double whopper with cheese no pickles. There is cheese and no pickles, but its not a double and it said it on the ticket as well DBL WHOP SHS
