Always a favorite place to grab a bite with family and friends when in downtown Gilbert. Highly recommend going during happy hour. Same high quality food for a great value price. Especially for those who love their sushi rolls.
Highly recommend the Chimichanga Roll – Spicy crab mix, avocado and crab stick, tempura battered and topped with sriracha, spicy mayo, eel sauce and scallions.

I have been to Sushi Brokers in Gilbert and Phoenix plenty of times but this visit was really disappointing. The gyoza tasted old the roll was oddly warm and fishy and the server never checked in even though we barely ate anything. The chili garlic edamame was the only decent part so I do not think I will be coming back anytime soon.

This place is one of the best in town in my opinion. I usually visit twice a month and have great fresh sushi and great service every time.

Sushi Brokers in Gilbert is absolutely phenomenal and easily one of the best sushi spots in the East Valley. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is energetic and welcoming, and the staff is attentive, friendly, and genuinely passionate about what they do.
The sushi is incredibly fresh, expertly prepared, and beautifully presented. Every roll we tried was packed with flavor and perfectly balanced. The fish quality is top-tier, and you can tell they don’t cut corners on ingredients. Their specialty rolls are creative without being over-the-top, and the classics are done flawlessly.
Service was fast and professional, even during a busy rush, and the staff made great recommendations that hit the mark. Drinks were excellent as well—well-crafted and paired perfectly with the food.
If you’re looking for a vibrant atmosphere, outstanding sushi, and consistently great service, Sushi Brokers in Gilbert is a must-visit. We’ll absolutely be back—highly recommend!

Having been a sushi enthusiast for over two decades, and therefore, perhaps a bit discerning, I was brought to this restaurant by a coworker. We sampled a variety of rolls, but regrettably, none of them particularly impressed me, although they were certainly satisfactory. The service was adequate, albeit somewhat slow, especially considering the restaurant was not crowded and only one person was working. Despite the somewhat stuffy atmosphere, the visual presentation was quite appealing. The lighting was dim, but it was effective.

We were in the area and picked Sushi Brokers for lunch.
Our waiter, I believe his name was Jake, was wonderful. He was very sweet and friendly. We took his recommendations for some rolls and they were uh-mazing! My husband loved the chimichanga roll and I loved the surfer.
We left so full and satisfied!

Meh. I won’t come back. If you do go— don’t get the sashimi. Not great and it’s the smallest portion of sashimi I’ve ever had. I’ve had better and bigger portions at all you can eat sashimi places. That says a lot considering the all you can eat places usually have the smallest portions that are very bottom tier meats. This place just isn’t great, but no wonder it was absolutely dead on a Saturday night at 7pm. The service was decent though.

Delicious chicken fried rice (in the picture is a size large may be spicy to some people). Generous portions of food to share.
Lemon drop was good and strong. I’d recommend this restaurant if in the Gilbert area. 8.7/10

Our waitress seemed like she hated life but aside from that this was an awesome experience and they had great music playing! It had a very night clubby vibe in some ways but I was told it’s not normally like that. I enjoyed it the food was great my only hang up was that the waitress was rude and impatient.
