Just came here, we all been to Burger King a million times in our lives.
This has got to be the best whopper I had, it literally looked like a Krabby Patty it was put together very nicely. Never in my life have I gotten a whopper that didn’t look like an elephant stepped on it first until today

This location is horrible. The burgers are always cold. I ordered the jalapeño cheddar bites, and they were so stale and chewy, I think they were microwaved or under a heat lamp all day. Every time I come here the staff is rude, never friendly, they act like youre bothering them. There’s always so many homeless people hanging around outside. The properly is also very dark at night, they need more lighting outside and around drive through. It doesn’t feel safe.

Slowest Burger King I have ever seen! Takes 10 mins just to get through the drive-thru when youre the only car in line. Poor service, food always messed up, ice machine works half the time. Please get a new manager, they clearly dont know how to hire people. Its supposed to be fast food!

Worst customer service ever. Only person in line waited almost ten minutes to get just a drink. When finally given drink cup there is no ice she has to go fill up the ice. By this point my Uber is there. Paid over 3 dollars for an empty cup. Would not recommend this location.

Extremely long wait through the drive thru. Then when paying never had a cashier anyehere use a counterfit marker to check 1 dollar bills. I say not to even use cash at this burger king. But also times they dont even have ice for their drinks.

The manager likes to close the lobby hours before their sign states it’s open until. Sign says they are open until 10pm yet the doors are locked at 8. Do you know how much money she is losing your company? So her laziness and insubordination is costing you customers and money. I think she should

I come here every now and then and I am always thrilled at the customer service! Every employee is always so nice. Travis took my order in the drive-thru this last time and got it perfect. He even engaged with my furbaby. My food was out in a timely manner and hot. The staff here is doing a great job! Definitely my favorite Burger King around!

Smelled like a gas leak. One of the employees said yeah been that way all day management knows and company didn’t want to bother with it. Ended up with a bad headache eating inside. Buns and burgers are always dry. Fries always barley warm. Men’s restroom has been out of service for almost 6 months homeless people bath and shave and shoot up drugs in there. Ran a Adams family endorsement meal and the whole time it ran they never once had the milkshake. Chicken fries are always overcooked along with the original chicken sandwich. They put enough mayo on one sandwich for 6 people. Worst Burger King Around. Cashiers are always friendly though.

Burger King ..I could taste the onion , I could taste the lettuce and even taste the bun and the sweet creamy condiments ..could not taste the pressed mechanically extracted meat type that was supposed to be the burger ..it had no flavor …not even a flame grilled flavor …it was dry …the chips were ok
