I gave it one star because the website says it’s open at 10:00 am everyday, but it’s not. I asked about the incorrect information on the website and the cashier brushed me off like I was unimportant. Also, I asked for everything on it and the cook completely saturated it with mayonnaise.
The employees definitely needs to be educated in customer relations. Also, they never open on time. I’ve watched numerous customers try to get in but leave because the employees are clueless to customer satisfaction.
I’ve watched the employees bring out free food for friends as well.
If you can handle the cashiers attitude then go ahead and eat.
I don’t recommend because of the employees attitudes, and that food is not up to par.

Friendly staff, clean place, and great food. Love the chicken sandwich here. It’s a little pricey though. However, I would come back here again if I want a nice clean place to dine and eat a sandwich.

I’m kind of disappointed because I was very hungry. what I ordered isn’t what I got an didn’t know until I got home and I live to far to go back and wait for them to fix it. I ordered a double char meal w/ cheese and I got a single char with bacon and cheese and it was cold. Which is odd because I seen the lady take patties off the grill I paid my money and half the product and when I called it’s no one to talk to automated system gives you option to place order but continuously rings.

The food is good, but you better wear a jacket or hoodie to eat in here. IT IS COLD!! I hate eating my food in a freezing restaurant. The place had all dirty tables when we got here, not sure why but I did ask to have my table cleaned. They cleaned it quickly.

We ordered 2 sandwiches ,1 French fry, 1 order of green beans, 1 order of onion rings, and 2 sodas. 2 people having 2 meals. As you can see by my receipt $47 and some change. Not real upset about the price because I expect to pay too much going out to eat in California. Buzzer went off, and I went to the counter to get my dine in order. The person(I don’t want to miss gender)… behind the counter asked if I needed anything else. We were given 2 ranch dipping sauces, but I asked the person for 1 more ranch. I was promptly told that another ranch would be a charge. I told the person that after spending $47 on 2 meals, that it was RIDICULOUS after spending that much money you would charge for 1 more sauce. 1 star is a gift after being denied a request after an invitation. So Rude and petty. Fries, onion rings, green beans should come with a ranch each. Please give your money to people who appreciate your business. Obviously this place doesn’t.

Who ever is the cashier(woman) needs to be assigned to clean toilets or something other than costumer service, let alone take people’s orders. Very snobby and has bad breath, I asked for no tomatos on my order and what do you know, tomatoes. I also had missing items and live too far to even go back and get another wiff of that breath. I’m done with this place

DOUBLE PATTY BAMBOOZLED
Habit is one of my favorite places to eat but today I got bamboozled on the Santa Barbara Char. It’s supposed to be double patties instead I got 1 & an 1/8. It was dressed to look like two patties, on sourdough cut in 1/2 but it was really only 1 patty. I took the meat out of the bread so I can heat it up in the microwave. When I took them out I noticed the 2nd patty wasn’t a full patty and cut in 1/2 it was still not a full patty. I paid 8.29 I expect two fully patties not 1 an eight of a patty.

I think Iam gettingthe Habit. I love the Ahi Sandwich combo with strawberry limeade. The Opening Manager at this location is on top of things and customer service focused. Clean seating area with window seating. Definitely a valve

I don’t usually write a review unless the place needs attention to it, good or bad, like this case. this place has lost its quality over time since it opened. Maybe they are putting speed over quality and checking orders. I’m not a complicated person. I just don’t like cheese and don’t want my onion rings burnt to an un edible taste. And i know you’ll get one or two, but this was the entire order of onion rings. Some people might like that. But I choose not to eat my food like that. And when you take it to go, you hope they got your order right. Because then you hate to drive back to correct the order. That has not been the case the past few times for me. Unfortunately, I will probably steer clear of this place for a good long time. Sometimes, criticizing a place helps the quality or doesn’t, idk. Hopefully, they’ll change.
