As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The worst checkers in Atlanta area especially at night I came 2 nights in a row to pick up my mobile order 1st night Juan that looks like Wario was on his phone with his back turned towards window not paying attention at all 5 mins later he turns around and acts surprised and approaches window mind you he likes to play with his twisted mustache and keeps touching his headset and uses those same hands to handle the food. 2nd night which was tonight on 3/9 again I pull up to mobile order drive thru window and it was a car in front of me I literally waited 15 mins for the car in front of me to receive their order totally unacceptable

PLEASE WEAR A HAIRNET OR MAKE SURE NOTHING FALLS IN THE SANDWICHES!!!! Service was good, I bought a spicy double chicken and double checker burger with 4 pc mozzarella sticks. Never knew I’d be biting into the chicken sandwich and drag out a long piece of hair 6”-8”. Ruined our meal.

Ordered on the app pulled up to delivery/app pick up lane the girl didn’t even acknowledge me she went on to fulfill drive-thru order once she was done she went on her phone texting once my order was ready she opened window and aggressively handed it to me and shut the window I even thanked her for her service and I didn’t even get a you’re welcome back wow is all I could say see pics for yourself

I ordered the 6ct cheese sticks but I only got 4 but they were fresh. I like the fact that this location is giving out samples of the cookie brownie although I tried it at another location last week. I highly recommend this delicious hot treat and it’s served with vanilla ice cream…Thank me later !!!

Don’t Ever come here and get your food because the chicken strips look like they been in the freezer for 14 years , they was dry and tasted weird the sauce taste old , And I’m not the one to complain about Food, but this was ridiculous the burger was cold buns taste old and the fries was cold.
