The workers had headphones in and it didn’t seem like they cared at all.

I ordered cheese tots but got bacon ones instead. If that’s the only option currently, no one said anything to me… also they were old, hard and dry. They definitely sat around for hours before they made it to my bag. So gross.
The fries and burger were ice cold. They were really slow when I arrived so I can assure you that this was all food that had been sitting around a while and nothing was made fresh.

I will NOT be back. Ew.

Wasted my money.

They gave me an ice tea instead of a coke for starters. It was literally the worst whopper I’ve ever had. The bun hadn’t been heated and the patty was cold in places. Fries were mot done. My boyfriend ordered a fish sandwich and onion rings. His was perfect. Pissed cause he didn’t even want burger king. Lol

I’m not sure why me or the one car in front of me in the whole place had to wait for 20+ minutes in line for a dry, cold whopper and some warm onion rings.. I’d get it if it was busy but nope.

Not usually one to post like this, but when a large company refuses to resolve an issue privately, going public seems to be the only option.

Avoid ordering through the Burger King app from the Banks Crossing location. They are consistently out of key items, and when something you ordered isn’t available, they refuse to refund the difference – telling you instead to “contact support.”

Support, in turn, does nothing to actually resolve the problem; only offering a small coupon that doesn’t even cover what you paid for but never received.

I paid for items I didn’t get, received poor-quality substitutes, and neither the location nor customer support will make it right. I would give negative stars if I could.

Not impressed. They forgot my cheese. I waited at the window and checked my order before pulling away. I was about to honk when someone just opened the window and irritatingly opened it and looked at me questioningly and I told him they forgot my cheese. He didn’t ask me anything. He just assumed which burgers (2 had cheese and 2 did not, but both were special order). He had them made and handed them our. i was still holding the burgers trying to hand them to him and he finally spoke and said I can’t take those back through the window. So we ended up with 2 free burgers, but service wasn’t great and burgers tasted so-so.

Come by at 10:18 and we ant chicken nuggets and French fries for my picky toddler. Apparently it’s way too inconvenient for them to make them for me 12 minutes before their lunch time. So I will sit in the parking lot and write this review and wait for 10:30 mean while they haven’t served a single other guest in the 8 minutes I’ve already been waiting. What happened to customer service???

Clean restraunt and restrooms. Senior discount on coffee was 50 cents where Hardee’s is 95 cents. Friendly staff. $ 5 stars.

I pulled in to the drive thru this morning – the line was empty but the store had customers. After waiting at the speaker for a few and speaking out with what I thought was friendly “hello” a man comes screeching out of the back door – “our drive thru isn’t working. I’ve been trying to call out to you. You’re going to have to come inside.” My husband was on the phone with me and heard how rude the guy was and told me to go across the street to Mcd’s. As I’m waiting for my order what do I see? A car at Burger King’s drive thru window. I can’t review their quality of food or cleanliness of the restaurant. I never made it that far.

Went through the drive through at a reasonable pace for this time of day ,5:45pm on Sunday. But my order was wrong. I got fries instead of onion rings. The fries were slightly undercooked. However the burger was pretty much like they have in the pictures. Quite unbelievable really but true. The fella at the windows was nice he needs to double check his orders though.
