I placed a order for a dbl quarter pounder. I got a single qpc. But the real kicker is that i place my order at 8:15 and the grill slip for the burger was 8:12 so it was already made before i placed my order. Honestly didn’t complain cause i felt like they would done something wrost then give me someone else food. This hasn’t been the first time. Also long wait times.

I do uber eats and I would say maybe 2x out of 10 when I go in nobody will even acknowledge you. I went in earlier and you’d think they’d ask who I was picking up for since they don’t take orders at the front for the most part. But no one even acknowledged me and the girl who was cleaning wearing leggings and slides just miserable you can tell had an attitude didn’t even ask me who I was waiting on. Then just out my order o. The shelf instead of calling it out when clearly it was for me since no one was in drive thru. They need to get better with customer service it’s ridiculous

The crew tonight were ontop of it! I visited around 10:30 pm with quite a hefty order. The woman at the speaker was very friendly and kind, as were the other workers. I was pulled up, understandably due to my big order. I did not have to wait too long and when my order got to me everything was in the bags perfected stacked, neatly wrapped. Very impressed for a McDonald’s. I got back home the food was great; not a mess, hot and as fresh as fast food could be. Kudos to the crew tonight

After reading the reviews of this place it makes sense now. Waited 15 minutes for wrong food terrible attitude for their failure. Thestaff that works there will tell you “o well” but when they go to eat somewhere they expect good service terrible staff and managment

Pulled up to the drive through window and all I hear inside is three employees bickering and squabbling with each other. Checked my granddaughters Happy Meal before I left. It was missing her apple slices. Went back around and got the apple slices. When we got home I find FOUR nuggets not the SIX I paid for. Maybe just maybe if you paid attention to you JOB that you are being paid for then maybe just MAYBE you can get our orders right. Management needs to contain your personal problems.

I had a question and I couldn’t find an answer in the app and figured the kiosk was the same. I Waited 3 minutes at the counter watching employees stand in front of me waiting for food to be prepared to put in bags. One was the manager. Old Black guy, bald, grey shirt.
He came over and asked if I had been helped and I said no and he said you could’ve used the kiosk as he pointed over to it. I was shocked and didn’t immediately reply. He then said you have a good day, I don’t have time for you as he turned and walked away. With his back toward me opening a new bag to fill with food that isn’t ready yet, he said I do apologize I don’t have time for you.

I guess patience and kindness isn’t in his job description.

I spent $46 on breakfast meals for my shop. It took 3 people over the loudspeaker to address me, I waited 20 minutes for the food, and when the food arrived, the order was wrong.

I got 2 sandwiches with bacon that were not ordered and 3 of the meals were missing hashbrowns.

They upcharge $1.90 to sub a drink with orange juice. They charged me an extra $0.99 to remove egg from a sandwich.

Talk about ridiculous. No wonder Chic Fil A is on top of the game.

Brooke is the rudest person I have encountered at a food establishment, her customer service skills are horrible and she was clueless on what order was next and even after explaining the items at the drive thru she was confused and was not sure. As I explained her response was I know what I’m doing it’s in front of me, while she didn’t even know what we ordered, a very confusing interaction and I won’t be coming to this location again.
