This has to be the worst McDonald in the area.I order the small chicken McGriddle meal everyday however today the person taking the order decided to charge me individually for each item.I ask to speak to the manager and she was extremely rude saying that she don’t steal her customers money.My manager then started speaking Spanish to the other employees and rolling her eyes saying that she couldn’t do anything about and couldn’t give me a refund.My only question was why is there almost a 4.00 dollar difference with the price.I put my exact order into the app which is normally higher my total was $13.28 however when I went thru the drive thru my total was $16.02.

This is becoming a little ridiculous. Google says they are open but this is the second day in a role that I came at 3:55-400am and they are not taking any orders, said their system is down or their not serving breakfast at this time. I ask what time are they serving breakfast or even serving? They said 4:30am. Ok so this needs to be on GOOGLE. Don’t say your open when really you’re not. And I bet if I got around the same time tomorrow they will say the exact same thing. On top of that IT WAS ANOTHER PEOPLE WAITING IN LINE AS WELL OR EVEN WAITING AT THE WINDOW TRYING TO SEE WHAT IS GOING ON.

Ordered my food in the drive thru and when I received it my burger was cold and old not fresh at all. Honestly it’s always like this from this location. They serve old food and cold food. I don’t have too many problems with customer service most times they are nice. My problem is with the food they serve it has to get better.

Very nice store I take that back my food was messed up 2 time I had to come back to the store to have it fix. So it looks like that the person in the kitchen is slow making orders so you not Getting your sandwich made fresh like you want. This place has gone down the drain. The food is horrible and some of the workers are worse. We got a super spicy chicken sandwich with a lot of pickles when I asked for a regular chicken sandwich, no pickles. The beef in the quarter pounder tasted rancid. The nuggets were seriously undercooked with raw breading. We couldn’t eat any of it. Disgusting.

I just sat in the Drive Thru pick up line for 30 mins for a macchiato. They were taking so long that I sent my fiancé in the store, he comes back and my drink is incorrect so he goes back in and they make it incorrectly again. When he asks for a refund, the lady gives him an apple pie for the “inconvenience” but took the apple pie out of the refund! How sneaky and disrespectful!!!
