The food was horrible!! Only got 40 wings total…Definitely not what the receipt says I should have? Also ordered a fudge chocolate cake, instead got some nasty cheesecake that they put right on top of the hot wings in same bag?!?! It was mush and the absolute worst thing I’ve ever tasted. Also paid for two brownies, what do I get? Two cookies …. there was barely 10 cars in the parking lot ,they was not busy at all. This is the very reason why (Wings ETC ) will have my business and reminder of why I do not eat at the parkersburg buffalo wild wings. SMH. If you dont care for your job, get a new one. Not rocket science to read a receipt and make the order ? .

I visited a lot of B-Dubs in my lifetime and this one’s in my hometown. It’s went from good to bad. The bartenders normally very tentative and outgoing. Definitely the best part of visiting there, but I mean seriously just walking into the place it looks like they haven’t touched the floors in 2 weeks. I would never eat here again. It truly is the filthiest restaurant in town. I drink bottled or canned beer, tip my server and leave. Look at my reviews. I’m fair and honest. Always giving the benefit of the doubt. Eat at your own risk.

Went to eat here and no staff was present to greet. We seat ourselves and the whole place was filthy. Lots of tables with food still on them. Floor not been swept. It was disappointing and disgusting. I would not eat here even if you paid me. If you want a good Buffalo Wild Wings visit the one in Gallipolis, Ohio. Friendly staff and place is always clean. Like a restaurant should be.
*edited to add: if I could give them a negative stars I would. After leaving a review as per owner suggested. I peeped some other comments and it looks like it’s the same response from them. LeAvE a ReVIeW on the website. But there’s almost an exact review from about a year ago that is the same as mine. Do better!!

Sadly I had my first bad experience. Stopped in and placed a catering order. Was told to call day before. Did call and everything was good. Show up to pick up order and it wasn’t prepared. Manager worked hard to get it ready but was still late for our event. If doing catering be sure to call day of pick up to be sure they have it.

There is no available drink options. The store is out of essential liquor. The store is going through a service provider issue where sports games are not available to watch. To me, this will make it hard to compete with the stores’ primary competitor locally knew as Wings ETC.

We went in about an hour before closing. There were not many people there. We essentially had the place to ourselves. Our server, Alexander did an excellent job, top notch service. I personally am not a big fan of wings so I had a burger, I was not disappointed it was excellent.

We had the best server ever Gregory took really good care of us! Although the food wasnt good. They were out of burgers. I was very disappointed with the chicken sandwich. The only reason I will come back is because the server was amazing and did his best to fix the problems.

So I keep giving this place a chance. Again it was slow. We ordered some boneless wings. Nothing special. We waited over 45 mins and they came out ice cold. I don’t like to complain but this time I said something. He said he would get the manager. The manager never came and the waiter came back and said all I can do is give you 10% off. Really?? I asked for new food. It came out a lot quicker but still wasn’t hot. Atleast this time it was above room temp. This is a good way to get people sick. The wings were tiny this time as well. They were smaller than a McDonald chicken nugget. This was the last chance and I will not be back. It’s one thing for the food to suck and take forever but when the manager won’t even come over to your table and apologize, that’s just a poorly run establishment.

They updated the joint. Some new paint and new tvs and seating. The bathrooms are still terrible and smell. Food is still ok and the prices like everything are on the rise. Overall just ok. Nothing special.

I got the nachos. They were cold. Not sure if they were supposed to be, but I’m doubting it. There was probably about 2 tablespoons of cheese on them, at the most. I always associate cheese with nachos?? Anyway. Definitely not worth the money to me. If there was more cheese and they were hot, I think they would’ve been good.

Never really write negative reviews. I was here earlier today and i ordered garlic parm wings with a side of mac and cheese. My mac and cheese came cold, so it was sent back to be reheated. It came back dry from how long it was reheated for. My tradional wings were a mixed batch of cold, tougher wings and hot tender ones. Service was hit and miss, one waiter was incredibly kind while the young lady had a horrible attitude. My bf who was with me was disappointed in the size of his beer cheese steak sandwich. $50 total for a meal worth barely $20. We left hungry. Havent been here in 8 years and now i remember why. I dont think i will be back. Sorely disappointed by the price amd quality along with mixed service. I wish i hadnt even went it was such a waste of money.
