This location is an absolute joke.
I ordered through Postmates: a 6-piece nugget and a value meal. What did I get? A drink and nuggets. That’s it. No meal. Just disappointment and pure loser energy.
I get it — it’s McDonald’s, expectations are already low — but you’d think correctly packing a Postmates order would be within their basic grasp. Apparently not.
To really seal the insult, they tossed in a laughably small amount of BBQ sauce and ketchup. If you’re going to mess up an order this badly, maybe this isn’t the job for you.
It honestly feels like this location plays games with delivery orders, knowing they don’t have to face customers. Funny how this kind of nonsense never seems to happen when you’re standing inside the restaurant.
Save yourself the frustration. NEVER order from this location, especially through Postmates. They don’t care, they don’t double-check orders, and they clearly don’t respect customers’ time or money. Worst McDonald’s location.

They are training new staff but they’re so sweet be patient with them and they’ll give you 110% and they actually got my coffee right when I go to the usual one where people have been there for a while that’s something they can never do The staff was friendly the drive-thru was fast service was fast complete accuracy and everyone was smiling you can tell it’s a great environment for its employees I would definitely recommend and I will be going back again

Guess it matters who’s working just left about 30 min ago and ordered a double fish sandwich ofcourse it’s not and the bread is hard and cold. The fries are cold. Not worth driving back but I guess need to go at the times when the food has been fresh and made right to order.and no i live 8 mim away so it wasn’t the drive home that made cold it’s not even warm. It would atleast still be warm and my coke was flat all soda water . Had to stop at the other mcdonalds and get a fresh coke just all the way around a terrible meal . Not worth going back probably be the same. Definitely calling for Karen moment lmao

Lied about being open 24 hrs. They all shuffled out of one car after I went up to the door and tried to go in since they had the drive thru closed. Pretty sure the entire crew had been in the car all their shift and only went in because someone showed up.

I’m not a big fan of McDonald’s food. I do enjoy caramel sundaes when the machine is working. I gambled last night and was surprised that finally, I can have one. It’s been over 2 years. Anyway, like other fast foods, you can order at the counter or kiosk. I chose kiosk. I placed my small order of caramel sundae, 6 piece nuggets, and small fries. All under $6. The place was decent at almost 10 pm. The dine in was still open, although you can go through the drive-thru. My order took a while to come out. There were orders from the drive thru, Door Dash, counter, and kiosk. It was a different vibe. I personally wouldn’t dine in, but it looked clean. My food wasn’t as hot, but I was happy to get going. The person I am assuming was the night shift manager who saw that I was waiting a bit, made sure my order came out sooner. The crew was overall friendly. I’m just not a frequent visitor.

Took my 10 year old daughter for dinner to have one on one time with her. We ordered at the kiosk, food came out, person who dropped off the food acted like he hated his life. A couple employees on break I’m assuming in the dining room but the amount of cussing I heard was insane, it would be different had it been guests eating but it was the staff, as the manager walks outside to smoke and says nothing to them. Ruined dinner for me and my daughter. Not professional at all even if it is just McDonald’s.

The person had taking my order had an attitude when I asked to change my drink from a sprite to a coffee. Then when I got my order the buns were burnt. It’s a below 1 start experience all together for me. I didn’t even eat the food. As a breast feeding mother looking for something to put in my system for my baby can have some milk I was very disappointed by this.

Came in, ordered on the Kiosk, and waited over 10 minutes for food. All the while employees yelling at each other and constant beeps, never had a more annoying experience. Do better or close and let a better resturaunt take over.

I ordered a Spicy McChicken meal, and what I got was disappointing for $9+. The chicken filet was tiny, and it didn’t even cover the bun. I put a quarter on top of it for scale, and the quarter almost covered the whole piece of chicken.
There was a tiny pickle on the sandwich with a sneeze of sauce. It was basically a dry, over-toasted bun with a sad little piece of chicken thrown inside.
The fries were bland and lifeless with no seasoning. For the price, I expected something better, but this looked like it was slapped together without any care.
It was a decent few bites – just wish there were more.
