I’ve been to this Applebee’s a few times, and my most recent visit really stood out because of the service. Our server, Jessica, was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of without being overbearing. She checked in at all the right times, kept our drinks filled, and had a great attitude the whole visit. The food came out hot and accurate, and the overall experience felt relaxed and welcoming. Good service really makes a difference, and this visit reminded me of that. I’ll definitely be back!

Great service, we couldn’t make up our mind and our waitress Jessica was amazing at helping and recommending things, my wife and I both ended up getting the steak dinner medium rare and it was prepared perfectly. She also recommended some of the specialty drinks which were also amazing. All and all everything was great and thank you our great waitress will definitely be coming back often

Slow service. Asked for more napkins, never came. Perhaps it’s just slow on Mondays. Food was a large portion for the Bourbon Street Chicken and Andouille Sausage Penne, and in the Alfredo sauce, it was quite tasty. I would really have liked a smaller portion and lower price. The atmosphere was frustrating. Having to sit and listen to those in the booth behind me have a one-sided conversation when there were plenty of other booths available for the greeter to have placed them. Greeters, space people out!

Apple bees is always my go too! Best food and service! Speaking of service, Jessica Webster was my waiter and she’s phenomenal! I had a hard time ordering food and she took the time and was patient with helping me understand the menu and my dietary issues! She’s such a gem! I had order my steak rare and when she noticed it came out medium she didn’t hesitate to take that plate back before I could ask and get me another steak! That’s customer service for sure!

My family and I had a pick up order and the lady that assisted us was very polite and bring our food out to the car. It was a Friday night and it was packed on the inside. I appreciate my food was warm and ready by the time I arrived while they we’re busy that night.

Went for lunch and it was so great being served by Jessica! Sure miss seeing her behind the bar! She would always be so attentive and make sure everyone at her bar too felt special! Would love to see her behind the bar again. Service is always top tier. We love days at Applebee’s when Jessica is there!
