Every item I got was old!!! Hard bread on the sandwich and I do mean ROCK HARD CORNERS!!!! INEDIBLE!!!!! Fries was super cold and old, Potato was cracking and no Potato inside due to it was dried up!!! OMG WHAT A HORRIBLE Overall experience. Beware!!!

Let me tell you about this Wendy’s. I’m born and raised in DeLand. My older sister worked at the other Wendy’s on S woodland for several years when we were younger but I have not been there for years. This Wendy’s was so busy tonight like most nights. They went over above and beyond, not only tonight but every time when I go there(at least once a week). I am so impressed by their prices, they’re attitude, their accuracy, their speed on a very busy night. I’m ALWAYS impressed when I come here. Even if there’s a minor error, I politely go inside ask for a correction and they fix it immediately and with a smile. The owners, the management, the general manager, the employees obviously care. I will continue to come, continue to love on this place and tip my drive thru peeps that are doing an amazing job day in and day out!!

I came in after the Mardi Gras Dog Parade and they were slammed. The staff was still smiling and courteous. I forgot my wallet there and the staff kept it safe for me. Awesome experience.

service sucks every worker is rude no manners or customer service they act like they hate being there and it’s noticeable. employees cussing at the window at other workers with the window open. no matter what time of day or amount of cars you sit at the box for 5 minutes or longer before you get to order they need whole new staff

Half a baconator. And didn’t listen to specifics like no tomato and literally 0 people besides me in the drive thru. I understand keeping times low but at least make sure it’s right. Not everyone has time to look through every sandwich to make sure it’s made correctly.

You have an employee that needs to be fired. Long, black, curly haired “man.” I was picking up a mobile order and asked if I could also place an order at the window. He said “I mean I can’t stop you” in the most sarcastic tone. Like seriously, if you hate your job just quit. Then I listed what I wanted, just a biggie bag, and he got all mad “I need the sauce, the size, the drink, etc.” Yes this is normal but the way he asked was incredibly rude and sassy. Then he threw my food in the bag (expected of Wendy’s). Whoever this employee is, he’s taking a huge dump on the Wendy’s name, if it even has one left.

I submitted a mobile app order to pick up at the drive-through. I was first handed the wrong order. After receiving the correct order, it was clear that the food wasn’t remotely fresh. The hamburger patties were close to room temperature and the fries weren’t warm either (stale too).

Just went through and got a number 1. First off, my order was wrong. Second, my fries were cold and old. The management needs to do better. I will remove my bad review when I get better service, but I won’t be going back there for a while.

Was very pleased with my visit today, March 11, at Wendy’s. I went through the drive-thru for breakfast with very little wait time. The lady taking my order was very pleasant and patient, she didn’t rush me at all while ordering, making sure not to interrupt before I was finished. No sooner did I pull up to the window and pay they had my food ready. My potato wedges were full and not half empty, my biscuits and gravy had a good amount of gravy and the bicuit wasn’t over cooked or hard, and my sandwich was well made and had nice strips of bacon. My food was exceptional, hot, yummy, and well made. I have no complaints at all. My experience overall today at this particular Wendy’s was enjoyable.
