The chubby old drive thru lady put the wrong order in and when I drove back around to get my refund and the right order this woman had the audacity to not only tell me it wasn’t her fault but refuse a refund then I paid for what actually wanted she went to tho back and within 30 seconds comes back and I kid you not tossed my food to me Through my window and slammed the drive thru window ….i drive off stunned and I open the bag to start eating…I mean I just worked 16 hours straight and the food is cold ….

As of October 21st 2025 Tuesday this Wendy’s right here is so disgusting I got sick off the burger after eating it the bun was hard had to throw it away the food totally is off temperature when I bought their chili last time I was there had to throw that away and their customer service is so bad I will definitely not be returning to this Wendy’s the drive-through cashier looked like she was not happy about her job definitely she needs to change her jobs and get better quality people there that can serve better food and fresh food because my food was not fresh it was definitely not fresh if you’re biting into a hard brick bun I’m totally dissatisfied with this Wendy’s it needs to be changed this is why they never have customers as long as I’ve been living in Baytown for the past 10 years in the past couple of years it has dropped and quality so much that you hardly see any vehicles there or anybody enjoying food and their dining area that’s how bad this Wendy’s is so eat at your own risk there and hopefully you don’t get sick like I just did a while ago I had to throw it up my stomach started hurting after eating the burger

Absolutely disgusted. I’m pregnant and took a bite into my burger to find my burger was raw AND gave me a single layer when I ordered a double cheese burger. Not only was mine but another burger was raw. We had to finish cooking off the burgers on the stove so everyone had something to eat. They also almost forgot to give us two more frosties at the window, only giving it to us when we asked about them. First time at this location and was very let down for the amount of money we spent on this trip for food.

Ordered a chocolate frosty, when I received said frosty it was sour tasting and it was extremely off putting. Do we not clean our ice cream machines or check expiration dates on dairy products? Do better.

Ok, so I stopped in here for “dinner” and found something that looked good. It’s the New Grilled Chicken Ranch Wrap. Probably a little more healthy than the Baconator. So I chose that. I noticed there was no price given for it but since all the other meal deals were mostly the same I didn’t think twice. They have medium and large, so I chose medium. I also got a Jr. cheeseburger . Imagine my surprise when the total came to $14.48! No, I figured everything would have ended up to be $10, but this surprised me. It’s a decent enough wrap and was good. BUT, I may have chosen something else if I saw the price to begin with. I can’t imagine how my the Large would cost. Post your prices, it’s not that hard.
Restaurant was clean, and empty. Probably because everyone was at McDonalds a few spots down. Good food, and I’ll come back, but be fair to the other customers, post ALL your prices.

Went there 8/6 for lunch. Wasn’t too busy, maybe 3/4 cars in drive thru and dine in was about 8/10 people. Walked up to counter and was not greeted or acknowledged. Eventually I was told to hold on a second. In the meantime a Door dash or whatever they were cut in front of me where they proceeded to complete his order. The person who I assume was taking orders felt as if She was looking through me. Unsuccessfully yelled at someone their order was ready, then did it again to another customer. I waited patiently, but it seemed Wendy’s did not want my money. A few more minutes went by unacknowledged so I left. I went and gave my money to another place that took my order when I walked in. If you are going to hire young people, teach them to take orders. I’ll probably never go to that place again. Note: There were at least 12 people working there.

I ordered through drive-through and they pulled me around front when they brought my food out, I had mentioned that the Coke tasted funny and if I could get a Dr Pepper and the big lady in drive-through told me that I would have to get out and get a new drink mind you I have a damaged ankle.
