I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience at Taco Bell was genuinely disappointing. From the moment I walked in, it felt like no one cared. The dining area was messy, tables weren’t wiped down, and the trash bins were overflowing.
The wait time was way longer than it should’ve been, especially considering it wasn’t even busy. When I finally got my order, it was wrong. Not slightly wrong. Completely wrong. Missing items, incorrect substitutions, and food that tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours.
The tacos were cold, the shell was stale, and the fillings were thrown together like they were assembled in a hurry with zero attention. It felt rushed and careless.
Fast food doesn’t have to be fancy, but it should at least be fresh and accurate. This visit missed the mark on both. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

I have no comments about the drive through or mobile ordering. I just got back from3 years overseas so I knew I was going to take minute to see how the menu was different. I ordered 2 chalupas with no sour cream and 1 burrito with sour cream and the lady making it came and asked me if I wanted the sour cream in the burrito or if that was a mistake. That was thoughtful and she was very sweet which is something I’ve rarely encountered in customer service since I returned. The lobby was very clean as well.

Well it went like this..driving thru the drive thru on December 22nd and the lady at the window was rude and acted as, take your food and go. All I wanted to do is leave. Took my bag and receipt, when I got about 100 miles away, I noticed that my debit card was not returned.

Got a Chicken chalupa box through drive through The guy in drive through was friendly but I pulled around to park to eat my food. The first taco i opened Nacho Cheese taco,go to bite it and it is completely saggy. The entire bottom of taco, made me not even want to eat the rest of my food. $11 plus I rounded up to $12 just to lose my appetite. I thought they made food to order, this couldn’t have been just made

I visited this taco bell, 12-26-25 around 9 pm. The store was spotless and the service was excellent. Just visiting from out of state and wish this taco bell was near our home.

If I could give 0 I would. It was not the the people working it is the establishment and companies fault, 40 mins in the drive through and no food. I tried going to the bathroom and they said no because they had 3 workers. Problem solving would have been closing the pre orders, not having one employee monitoring a door that could be locked , or having someone tell incoming customers that it will be a very long wait and order at their own discretion.

Currently still waiting at nearly 30 minutes despite there being no cars in the drive-thru. No hand sanitizer in the outside dispenser, none in the restroom or soap. All the tables were dirty when my family & I walked in. I will not be coming back.

This was a nice Taco Bell location. The food was delivered quickly and everything was put together properly. The inside of the restaurant has self-ordering kiosks only. Most Taco Bell locations in the area are pretty rough, but this one changes that trend.
(Sauce packets that were requested in the self ordering kiosk were not included in the order.)

Ordering is not Senior friendly. No one was at the counter and I had to motion for someone to help a elderly customer and the help was provided begrudgingly. I also saw an employee texting on her phone with her latex gloves on and then handling food. IMHO, if you have nothing to do while working in a restaurant, you should be cleaning and not texting.
