I had a great experience at Panera Bread thanks to Scott, the Team Manager. His customer service was exceptional, he was very friendly and incredibly kind. It’s clear he cares about the guests and the atmosphere of the store. Managers like Scott make all the difference. Thank you for the outstanding service!

Horrible parking during lunch hour. Not a good place for quick grab and go lunch order. A curbside pickup would be nice during busy hours. $5 for 179g of yogurt seems overpriced, but I noticed it has real honey drizzle on top of the fruits.

Panera has gone downhill over the years. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 20 years, but my visits have declined sharply in the last five—and especially in the last two.

Prices have understandably increased, and like many fast-casual restaurants, Panera started asking for tips. I do tip, but unfortunately, customer service has declined. Tipping hasn’t led to better service—since you tip before receiving your food, there’s no incentive for staff to follow through attentively.

Orders are frequently inaccurate, and food often takes a long time to arrive. Staff appear poorly trained or supervised, and their attitude, especially from those delivering food, can be dismissive or unfriendly.

I rarely visit the 71st & Mingo location anymore—it’s usually empty, yet mistakes still happen. The 41st & Yale location used to be better, but my last visit sealed the deal: I ordered a simple, untoasted bagel that never arrived. The café was nearly empty, yet the order was still mishandled.

It’s disappointing to see a once-great brand decline like this. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Im not a frequent customer of Panera. My daughter told me that my biggest mistake was going to Panera. I was looking for something filling and more healthy than regular fast food. This didn’t hit the spot. The staff was friendly so there’s a the one beacon of light in this visit. This meal was about 18.00. My meal should’ve been a turkey bacon avocado meal. I’m not even sure what this was. It looks like someone opened a can of processed chicken and threw it on some bread. The bread was tough and chewy. There was no avocado on the sandwich but they threw on extra tomato. The chips were great! But you can’t really mess those up. The bathroom smelled a little bit but I’m sure it had to do with the restaurant full of Bishop Kelley kids. I guess i came at the wrong time because there was not much seating and the restaurant was loud and noisy from all the teenagers. If it were based on this visit, I would not recommend anyone to here.

This is one of my favorite Panera locations. The staff is great, the wait times aren’t bad here, and the food quality is consistent. I was so sad when the tornado came through and caused so much damage. It was a couple months of having to go somewhere else for my morning coffee and breakfast sandwich.

The remodel is amazing!! It’s an interesting combination of trendy and cozy.

Was super happy to get such a fast turnaround between ordering and pickup of meal..got home and realized for the 3rd time in 5 trips order was wrong…only several soups on the menu at a time and yet chicken and wild rice somehow meant broccoli and cheddar…only one baguette for two soup orders the time before, and another wrong soup the 1st time I went….at $10 a bowl of things I shouldve just used out of my kitchen pantry, RIP OFF

RECOMMENDED. Great place to get unlimited refills and to sit with friends as long as you like. Consider tipping generously here. Those tips are pooled for all to share.

The chicken chipotle avocado melt was hot, fresh, and really good. In fact, everything was good, including the server, atmosphere and fast service. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend!
