This its the 4 time a order at this store and they send me the order wrong or cold !! this time was my order wrong very disappointment….. i order through doordash and this is the store closest to my house that’s why I have to order here… if you can’t really make it right why you have the option for delivery I don’t get it the worst of the worst seriously i have to wait another 30 min just for 1 combo
( to the store manager or even better Distric manager please follow up with this please im seriously i got the 4 pictures of the food they give me in case you want proofs its trash they doing very bad I don’t know if they need new team members honestly because is very frustrating that they continue to do it wrong I don’t like to make complaints but i take my time cause they keep doing it wrong) do you really eat this????

The ranch chicken sandwich is not good. The very little amount of chicken covered with a lot of fried thick bread crumbs is very old, dry, and rubbery. It is not worth the money: $6.69 ($7.28 with tax in San Bernardino, CA).

The location i visited was on 497 S E St. Great service and quick service. the burger was very good and packaged very nicely. not messy at all. meal was great. would stop by again for sure.

I made an order online and was supposed to be done at 8:21pm and the order was not ready. I had to wait for rest my food and additional 10 minutes by that time my food was cold.Sorry wont be back here again.

They were cool enough to let me fill my canteen up with water but don’t bother asking them for a water cup. The chicken ranch BLT sandwich was alright and the girls working were really nice.

This place a cheat & horrible sense of vibe from the employees. I say cheats because once i pulled up to the window they had me waiting for little, I’m guessing there numbers on there time stamp for each order where about to turn red which goes bad to the company SOOO to not look bad they took my pymnt right away & made me go further & pull up to wait for my food. There’s was a green truck before me already waiting as well but OMG THEY STILL HAD ME WAITING FOR A WHILE!!! Green truck left & I been waiting much longer than the truck. I think I got lucky another order happened other wise those horrible employees that already look like they hate their job! So they bring there misery on customers would definitely had me waiting a little longer.

I dont recommend. Going here I order in the drive thru chicken sandwich from jack deals. & they give me 2 burnt chicken sandwishes. Their suppose to be soft & good. Not Burnt.

The SOP for the drive through is ridiculous. How is it that you will hold a car at the end of the drive through while the cars behind them already received their food and are being asked to “Drive in reverse to exit.” This is very unsafe. Does the manager not know that driving in reverse in ANY drive though can cause an accident? What kind of business are you running? I was there today 10/20/24 @13:40pm and you can review the video for evidence that your employee “Fatima” had asked me go exit this way. I understand you do not have the capacity to hold that many vehicles on your lot but this is totally unsafe. Please review and update your SOPs.
