When I arrived, I wasn’t able to place my order because they were counting down the front register on the front counter. Then when I was able to place my order, and I ordered the chicken strip combo with curly fries. The self serve drink station in the dining room room is turned offl.
I was surprised when I opened up the box containing the chicken strips, that more looks like chicken nuggets or chicken pizzas. Definitely not worth $14.37 that I paid for a chicken strip combo.
The guest service employee was unable to issue me a refund because he said he didn’t know how to do it, and there was no manager on duty, but the manager left at 9 o’clock and there will not be another manager until 10 PM.
With this level of food quality and the lack of guest service, it’s no surprise that Jack-in-the-Box last month announced that they were closing 200+ restaurants.

Food- fresh and hot!! Exactly how I ordered it, and came quick! This is by far the best Jack I have been to, this is coming from a BIG Jack fan. Management is on top of everything! Everyone is attentive, quick, and in a great mood! This staff is top tier. I ate inside and could hear all the training going on as I ate. My favorite Jack in the Box, I sill always go out of my way to choose this one.

I stop here almost every Tuesday morning between 5-5:30am and every morning I am greeted with a friendly voice in the drive-thru. Today I learned that the friendly voice that keeps me coming back is Eduardo. Not only is he pleasant to speak with and always has a positive attitude but he makes sure I have everything I need and my food always tastes amazing. Thank you Eduardo and I hope to keep seeing you in the drive thru every Tuesday morning that I can make it!

I ordered the Build your own Munchie with Jack’s spicy chicken sandwich, split top bun, white spicy crispy chicken fillet, tomato, no lettuce & mayo on a toasted bun. I also included two tacos, onion rings and a medium Coke. All in with tip $22.97. My Dasher is Raul. Incredibly good. The tacos as usual were spot on. I love their tacos. Onion rings were maybe a tad overcooked but still tasty. The spicy chicken sandwich was very good and very juicy. It was good. It was also quite small. I would expect that it should have been about half again as big but very good. They forgot my straw for my soda but oh well that happens I guess.

This one is the absolute best!
The service here was incredible. They made my tacos look better than the commercial lol how is that even possible.
I asked for extra lettuce and they not only added some in the taco but also gave me a small baggy with extra lettuce!

Their menu online has a (Jumbo Jack Meal Deal for Two) for $14.99. 2 Jumbo Jack Burgers, 2 Fries, and 2 Sodas. I drive all the way there and they don’t even have it in at the store. I had to walk out to my car to grab my phone and show the guy at the counter what I was even talking about. Then when I showed it to h he all the sudden just remembered that they make those they just sell the to customers. Like what man? Then he just told me “yo ,you gotta do it through the app brooo.” Jack in the Box, it would be very nice for that information in advance. So that I don’t waste fuel and time driving to a location for something that you appear to be offering just like anything else on the menu. Only to find that it just doesn’t exist at your location. So ig they will make it and hand it to door dasher just fine, but not directly to a customer. So ridiculous. All I did was press -see full menu. You did a great job describing how amazing it was though. Smh. I was actually excited. They even used words like “ deal so good you will think you are seeing double” lol well I’m not seeing double and I definitely didn’t get a deal. So I’m not that excited anymore to say the least. I don’t expect special treatment or anything either but upon showing the manager this and being disappointed by the situation just in general, idk maybe you could have offered me the deal. Just saying, what ever happened to putting the customer first? Especially given the circumstances and the misleading advertisement. Hope you guys have a great day though. Tacos either not all the way cooked or had already be out. I’m gonna guess the latter since they weren’t very hot. I only stop in this Jack in the once in a blue moon. Just go to Subway and get the sub of the day man. 12 bucks and you’ll walk away a lot happier.
Edit: I don’t know what happened. But the last two times I went through. Everything was great. 6 tacos. Great. 4 tacos and some Mozzarella sticks. Great.

Honestly, we ended up here because there was a Subway that had a drive through and it was taking too long. And earlier, the passenger in my car and I were reminiscing about the Jack In the Box tacos. They got the monster tacos, I ended up with a Jr. Burger and the teens ended up with burgers.

I get the wrong order almost every time I went in to get the scrambler breakfast sandwich and they said they stop it the day before I just seen a commercial for it today this happens all the time with specials they always stop when I come to get one jack in the box has normally good food but this one just can’t get right I eat there a lot I deserve better m
