By a long shot, one of the least efficient, least competent and least effective Sonic’s I have ever been to. Me and a couple others had ordered online, and were given an expected food acquiring time. We didn’t receive food until around half an hour after the provided times, which only was expedited by our pestering of the employees. We watched employees take one of our orders out of the building, get confused, walk around the whole rest of the building and then bring it back inside. We then waited and watched as our order sat on their shelf for another 20 minutes while they didn’t bother to deliver it. It wasn’t a particularly busy day or anything and the orders were standard, I ordered a water and a shake, which took 28 minutes. When the order arrived the water was missing. One of the only two items in the entire order.

Stopped for a quick drink and to get the kids and get back in the road. 4 slushes for 5 and under kids and they all complained no flavor. The worker never mixed it just squirted the juice on top and sent it out. I paid for a drink that was half made. So I had to pull over off the highway and mix each one.

was disappointed with my recent visit. My drinks were sticky and overflowing, and after waiting nearly half an hour, I received burgers and tater tots that seemed old. Unfortunately, my order was also incorrect. When I called the store to ask about a refund—something I rarely do—Dezaray wasn’t very helpful. I hope the team can take more pride in their service and attention to detail, as I’ve had better experiences at other Sonic locations.

Constantly, have item out of stock and when you place an order online, the try to not give a refund when they can’t fulfill the order. Order a blast for over 5 dollars and they said they were out and tried to give me a cash refund of a dollar and change and advised that’s all they could do. The finally agreed to void the order and refund the full order amount. Last time this happened they said they refunded my card and not till a week later that I realized I didn’t get refunded and kept the refund receipt. They put the refund as cash but didn’t give me cash. Therefore they pocketed my refund. Filed a dispute with my bank and got my money back. Definitely need a change of management at this location.

Went there to get ice cream and was told they were not doing stall orders. Okay so I went and spent 20 minutes sitting in the drive thru. Get to the order box just to have the employee tell me they are not doing ice cream tonight. Not that the equipment is down. They are just not doing ice cream. Terrible customer service and I will not be back to this sonic ever again!

I sit here in your parking lot while I write this. Why you ask? I’ve been here for 30+ minutes waiting on 4 drinks…. 4 drinks people. This is insane and unacceptable. After waiting for so long, someone comes out and tells me they no longer have 2 things I ordered. Fine. But why is it taking so dang long. This is pathetic.

Not sure what has happened to this sonic…we usually order shakes/blasts. On occasion we crave a burger. Last month I let it slide that they ruined our order. We went yesterday and the food was wrong slapped together and awful. If they have ice cream available it’s never enjoyable due to mistakes. I didn’t ask for extra anything on my burger but I sure got lots of mustard pickles and tomatoes…chile cheese fries were mush and don’t ask about the old fries.

Waited for 20 minutes and then someone announces through the speaker we can’t order in this stall. Move to another stall – that is also out of order with no sign – and run over beer bottles. No stalls to park in. Beer bottles everywhere. Wait in line in back of two cars for another half hour.last time we come here. Employees incompetent! Food not as ordered!

30 minutes to get one drink!! It was very slow also. She was too busy visiting with her friends in the car ahead of us.
Then, once I was up at the window.
She just for some reason, couldn’t make my drink. She kept walking back and forth, not really doing anything. She moved her half crushed can of red bull off the soda machine, took one order from the guy behind us , then handed me my drink completely covered in soda. I had watched her as she made it, she didn’t put any cherries or limes in my cherry limeade. I asked her for extra cherries and she put about ten in there, trying to be a smarty. She handed me a soaking wet straw… gross… and rolled her eyes when I asked for a dry one.

How do you order a chili cheese wrap…..CHILI…. it’s in the name, and forget the main ingredient in the meal. And when you simply ask where the chili is, they tell you to watch your attitude. And slam the door in your face. When I got my correct food 10 more minutes later im told leave or they’d send out their cook. Which i found ironic considering the one talking was a 6ft guy. Otherwise I am appalled at how workers have turned into lazy jerks who feel the need to threaten people they don’t even know, if you don’t want this job don’t
