If you love good BBQ, do not go here. Nice vibe and kind service, but awful food. Unfortunately, the food tastes like my younger brother with minimal culinary skills made it. Brisket & Ribs have a texture that mirrors that of jerky and tastes like it’s only seasoning was salt and flour. I fear the restaurant is aware of the poor quality because it was quite cheap.

Silverado Smokehouse in Corpus Christi is a BBQ haven! Their beef ribs, pork ribs, and marbly brisket are pure perfection—tender, smoky, and packed with flavor. Visiting from Houston, I make it a point to stop here every time, and it never disappoints. During lunch, the owner’s warm hospitality shone through with complimentary cookies, adding a sweet touch to an already stellar meal. Five stars, hands down!

Best BBQ in Corpus Christi!
Brisket is always flavorful and tender and the meat practically falls off the bone! Even the sides are always spot on…my wife regularly gets tge veggie plate because they are so good! The ice cream machine gives a perfect cap to the meal. The staff here are wonderful as well..very friendly and helpful!

Best bbq we randomly found. We got their dinasor rib and chopped brisket and they were so delicious the Mac and cheese was to die for!!!! lol but don’t I repeat do not get the mashed potatoes those need a lot of love they were so bland and gravy was just nasty that’s the only side we didn’t like.. but the meat it’s self was fall off the bone tender and delicious definitely give it a try!

What a great pleasure to eat at your place. Had the pork ribs(didnt need fork/knife) and pulled pork(not dry). Noted no smoke smell/taste in the meat and knew they didnt use mesquite, but had the telltale flavor of hickory. Loved the thick-chunk cole slaw and your Tx beans were right on. Oh my…to top it off…giant cookies. Thank you for a wonderful Tx BBQ meal. BBQ Woody.

Silverado smokehouse is amazing! The food is always fresh. My favorite is the smoked chicken, but everything is good. The BBQ sauce is delicious, but you don’t even need it on the meats since they are bursting with flavor They have free soft serve ice cream.
There is plenty of parking. The staff is hit or miss with friendliness.

I visit Silverado weekly. The food is consistently delicious! The workers are very nice, kind and caring. They enjoy what they do and care about their customers. The chicken, brisket, pork ribs and sides are all very tasty. They also have good sausage, turkey and beef ribs. The spices are just the right mixture and enhance the flavor of the meats. I Iike that the meats are always tender. They have been voted Best of the Best.
