Friendly and helpful service. The dining area was tidy and someone was wiping down the tables. Fireplace and WiFi available.
I had the sandwich and side deal. I ordered a Ciabatta Cheese Steak with Mac and Cheese. Blueberry Lavender Lemonade was my drink. Everything was good !
I ended up with a reward through the app.
Curbside and online ordering available.
Update: June 2025; Ordered online and my order was ready when I arrived. A half Italian Steak and Mozzarella with French Onion Soup and Agave Lemonade. Enjoyable!
Update: January 2026; You Pick Two Rustic Baked Potato Soup and Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich was good. Tastes better with discount through the rewards program.
If you like Panera, I recommend this one.

The soup was a perfect temperature for a freezing cold day. My favorite there is the chicken & wild rice. I also ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich that had the crustiest bread. Perfect for the soup. I like that i can count on a uniform taste no matter what state I am in.

I recently visited Panerai Bread and used their self-order kiosks. They have four kiosks, which were quick and easy to use—great for a streamlined ordering experience.

I ordered the Turkey Bacon Bravo, a sandwich I was excited to try. They really skimped on the Bravo sauce, leaving the sandwich very dry and lacking flavor. While this might have been a fluke, it definitely impacted the meal. A bit more sauce could have made a big difference.

Overall, while the kiosk experience was smooth, the sandwich didn’t hit the mark this time. Hopefully, it’s better on future visits.

Food ok and what you’d expect from a Panera bread. Definitely heading downhill when it comes to ingredients and freshness.

Prices have increased significantly for fast food. Expect $15 per food item and about $4 per beverage.

The new construction enlarged the eating area but made the rest of the space very cramped. When you’re picking up your food, there’s not much room to move around and there’s people everywhere including staff squeezing by. So be careful to not drop your food.

Our first time ever ordering lunch from Panera and our first time ordering from this one. Made an online order at 12:20 and was given the option of ASAP or 12:50 or later. We decided on 12:50 and when the order was placed they estimated it would be 12:52. Ok, no problem. When we showed up at 12:50, it was still showing as “Received” but was not even being made. We waited for 15 minutes before seeing that it was being made. Finally at 1:12pm, we received our order, a full 20 past the pickup time and almost a full hour after ordering.

On the plus side, it was fresh and well made. I don’t mind paying the inflated prices because it’s like that everywhere you go. With that said, the layout of this Panera is terrible. While waiting for food, you were directly in the way of people trying to order at the front desk, and the pickup area is so narrow that everyone was rubbing elbows trying to get out of the pickup area with their order. Staff seemed attentive and busy and the place was fairly clean. I would return just because the food was good, but would hope that next time the order is on time.

Great and cozy place to have breakfast/meals.

I loved the seating area which is quite isolated from the reception area.

One concern I found was, the receptionist did not quite try to hear what I was saying and we always ended being on different pages. It caused me to rush my choices for the breakfast.
Also eggs did run out at 10.30 AM. I understand the breakfast time did end, but you can always anticipate some folks coming around 10.30 AM for a breakfast. Reducing 1 star because of this.

Overall experience was quite good.

The food is delicious and the portions are just right. The atmosphere is relaxed and not loud. The service time to wait for the food is reasonable and the staff is friendly and professional.

Ordering a salad from Panera is honestly pathetic. The dressing comes in the smallest container and is only half full, yet prices keep going up. Paying more for less is frustrating and unacceptable. Do better Panera

This place has truly gone downhill. Prices are high, portions are snidgy, bread is NOT FRESH. I had french onion soup and it had stale croutons as the bread and little strings as the cheese! When I had a bread bowl, the bread was clearly NOT FRESH. The place is now crowded for dine in.

Panera seems to have really gone down hill in multiple areas. Portion sizes are incredibly smaller. The baguette that came with my pick two lunch was hard as a rock and tiny. I got the half chicken salad and half 10 veggie soup combo and spent close to $20 and left still hungry Was very disappointed with my mostly bread and soggy lettuce chicken salad sandwich. The preferred ordering option is by using the self serve tablets there 4 available at the concord location. Two were “resting” and unusable, one registered only certain touch points on the tablet screen which left only one tablet for a line of waiting people. Lastly, the person sitting near me was talking on the phone loudly and the conversation was less then…kid friendly and almost felt like and accomplice to talks about stealing from business in the area. Technically not paneras fault but I did think to “hangout” in the dining area a purchase should be made.
