I’m very surprised to read a review on here about the staff being racist. My experience has been completely different. The staff has always been friendly, helpful, and professional whenever I’ve visited — even on their busiest days. They’ve consistently treated me with kindness and respect.

As an African American woman, I pay attention to how I’m treated in different establishments, and I can honestly say I’ve never felt disrespected here. My service has always been polite, attentive, and welcoming.

Also, I’ve never had an issue with parking. There has always been plenty of parking available when I go.

We’ve eaten at both the new and older locations. Love how the new location has better lighting and updated menus. Great food and easier to talk.

My son and I were on the hunt for some good hibachi, and Tokyo Restaurant did not disappoint. We were seated in under five minutes, and from that moment on, everything about the experience was top-notch.

The staff was incredibly friendly, the portions were generous, and the prices were more than reasonable. Our drinks were kept full without even having to ask, and the food was packed with flavor — exactly what we were hoping for.

We’ll definitely be back with the rest of the tribe next time. If you’re looking for great food and a welcoming atmosphere, stop in. You won’t regret it!

First time coming here. My husband picked this place for his Father’s Day lunch. It was so pretty and clean inside. The servers were attentive and very nice. The food was delicious. I would definitely recommend the shrimp/scallop Tokyo Duet. It doesn’t look like a lot of food, but you definitely leave full with the small salad/soup that it comes with. My son usually doesn’t like new things, but he enjoyed the kids’ steak and fried rice option!! We will definitely be returning to see how it pans out once it has been open for a while.

Great in person! NOT so great ordering online. I absolutely love going to Tokyo, but highly disappointed when ordering online. I know takeout is NEVER as good as a dine-in experience, but portion size is not usually a factor. These two photos are my same order done-in vs. take out. We love this place, just wish ordering online was just as good as an experience as dining in!

I randomly stumbled across this restaurant because I was craving for some sushi, and I’m glad that I found this place! The environment was lively (someone was having a birthday party). The servers were very kind and attentive. The food was delicious and the presentation was beautiful! Everything was made to order and the sushi was so fresh. I will definitely be going back and try their different offerings on their menu!

We’ve always been huge fans of Tokyo Hibachi, and now that they’ve moved to a brand-new location just half a mile from the original, we’re even more impressed. The new space is expansive and beautifully designed, creating an even better dining experience. The food remains outstanding, and the staff is as exceptional as ever. No matter how many times we visit, we know we’ll never get tired of coming here!

First time at this new location. Been going to the old for a while that some of the staff remembers me. New place is nice and fresh. The food it let me down, was expecting the same quality and taste. It was lacking in some of the extras tastebuds. Was good but not great as it once was. I remember the fried rice get salt, pepper and some secrete seasonings, was salt, seafood was not seasoned as it once was. I don’t mind to pay more since this new building but give me that flavor I love please. Make sure portion are worth it, felt on the small side for the price. I want to come back please take my recommendations. I’m okay for the price but let’s get the food portion and taste up there.
