I came here 2 days in a row and they did not have any specialty drinks that they could make that were on their menu, nor could they convert a supersonic burger into a meal, not to mention I was left in silence for 10 minutes. I decided then to go through the drive through which took forever only to get the wrong order. So I had them refund my money. This is the absolute worst sonic location. From here to Michigan, they need to hire good management. If they want that place to ever shape up, I would never recommend eating here.

Terrible service. Came tonight and I told the girl at the drive thru window my order and she wasn’t even paying attention. I ordered 3 hot dogs and she repeats back 2 hot dogs and I said it’s 3 and she said what is the other one. Even though after each hot dog she says ok. So wasn’t even paying attention. Then as I come up to the window, they’re laughing about it in the background. And one of the footlongs had mayonnaise on it when I didn’t ask for it. No wonder this place has such low reviews, wouldn’t be surprised if this location eventually closes.

I just handed the girl a $20 in cash. I looked at it before I handed it to her. She shut the window which I thought was odd. She opens it and is going to hand me six dollars in change for my 2.69 purchase. I said I gave you a twenty. She said you gave me a ten. I said I should have known when you shut that window… I probably won’t come here again. Their service has been horrible for years. But now they steal from you.

Very, very disappointed. The commercial for the grilled double cheese burger looked so good I wanted one but all I got was 2 tiny flat burgers with all that bread. Bread was almost burnt. My tots weren’t hot and my tea wasn’t cold, ice melted almost instantly. I like Sonic but this was disappointing I had to take the bread edges off, won’t no meat or cheese there anyway.

cant get any service This place is terrible. You all HAVE to do somethimg different. The stalls have been closed for a week or longer, DoorDashers have to wait in the line to pick up orders by a certain time yet it takes 10 minutes to even get to the window. Not only are the stalls closed, they are always understaffed. Then, today a DoorDash customer ordered $70 worth of food and her entree is missing. O M F G Seriously? Get it together!

If I could give 0 stars I would!! My husband & I went here to get dinner & when the employee handed us our bag of food it ripped because it was too much in 1 little paper bag & most of our food spilt all in our car, instead of offering us a fresh order of what spilled out she offers another bag ♀️ my husband had to tell her we also need another order of fries and tots that spilled out because whoever bagged it put too much in 1 bag! She then rolls her eyes & sighs & walks off to get our fries & tots, when we received them & started to eat them they were so full of grease that when we bit into them that’s all we could taste that night mine & my husband’s stomachs were hurting from just eating a few, we will never go to this location again.

At 8:50 pm (open until 11 pm), ALL of the exterior lights were turned off, including the menu sign. We thought the place was closed. Only 2 vehicles were in the parking lot – probably the 2 employees’. We drove to the menu sign and ordered. We told the 2 people working the drive-through window that ALL the lights were out but they apparently did not believe us.
The food was fine. The Diet Dr. Pepper lacked enough syrup and carbonation. It needed adjustment.

This location is the worst, you can sit in the drive through line for 20 minutes for service or pull into a stall and be ignored pressing the call button, had a worker walk past our car to deliver a mobile order and return inside to not answer us. Don’t waste your time or money here

I went on a busy day apparently, just wanted to get some of Sonic’s bag ice. There was a line wrapped around the building. Service was slow, and seem like they had only one car hopper that was delivering food, and drinks. I push the red sonic button for 2 bags of there Ice, while one of the staff said they don’t have any ice. Which was unbelievable. For sonic has tons of ice. Hell I have worked for sonic about 7 years. And for someone to say they don’t have any bags of ice. This sonic rubbed in a bad way. Poor service, no urgency to get the cars moving for they were wrapping around the building and into the street. I will not return, and don’t recommend this sonic.
