Terrible. The service was not great and it was the “best part.” The server seemed to be training a new employee, but neither seemed to want to be the one to talk to us (me & 2 six year olds).
The kids both ordered mac & cheese – it’s Kraft from the trusty blue box. It seems like you can’t mess that up, but they did. I took one bite of it and would have spit it out, but the kids said it was okay.
I ordered the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The broccoli was half hot and half cold. Same for the potatoes – part was warm, part of it was cold. The gravy was hot & the chicken fried steak was okay.
The server asked if I wanted any of it replaced, but no thanks, please don’t bother bringing me more unseasoned, lukewarm food.
If you are going for the pancakes – great! Enjoy! Otherwise, there are too many other good places to eat – skip IHOP for anything other than pancakes.

Ordered pickup. Upon arrival no one was anywhere to be seen. Waited for a couple of minutes but since my order was ready for pickup I grabbed it and left. At home I was horrified by the portion size. The Cali Roasted Turkey($12.79) sandwich was terribly made with hardly any ingredients and they forgot the avocado entirely – see photos.
The side order of fries was pathetic – see photo – usually there are about 3x as many.

Food was great. Waitress/hostess was friendly and efficient. Excellent experience. Dining room was a bit dark (2:30pm ~) and we asked to be seated by a window and open the blinds (which were all closed) instead of the booth by the kitchen we were given, but she denied us. Ultimately it was a great experience. The food was excellent and we will go back. Honestly, the food is consistently good at IHOP (we normally go to the other location)

My son ordered the smiley face pancake and fresh strawberries and bananas. The fruit was sliced up and the bananas were completely brown. I took them off the plate and told him to try the rest. He took a bite of the pancake and immediately spit it into a napkin. Then he tried a strawberry and almost threw up. I decided to try it before complaining. And it was very gross and old. When the server came back I told him it was not good and inedible. He didn’t even apologize and still charged me for it. So I will not be going back

My husband and I are visiting from Atlanta Ga. We had the best experience with our server Mrs Debbie. She was so friendly, fast and detailed about the menu. We are restaurant owners and we appreciate GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! By the way we ordered two big steak omelets , which was DELICIOUS

This is always my go to spot for breakfast. Prices have increased somewhat. I’ve always had good service. They are usually pretty quick to make and serve your food. I most certainly would recommend.
