Looked for a pizza place 3 years ago after moving to Arizona. Tried many other places but I found that Barros Pizza is by far the best. Different Strokes, Different Folks but for me it’s the best. Great Pizza, Great Wings, Great Workers and Great Prices.

My club sandwich was great! I would get it again.
However the young ladies at the counter were not checking the dine-in silverware and most of the containers were empty. Since they were not busy waiting on customers I mentioned it to them. One of them put a small handful of knives in one of the containers but left the rest empty. ♀️
Also one of the two ice dispensers was empty. My sister mentioned it to them but no one checked/refilled it. Again they were standing around without customers quite a bit of the time. Made us wonder if no manager was on duty.
We’ll still be back. Love the pizza. Just thought you’d like to know some of the staff are not motivated to stay on top of things.

I ordered pizza on line in a Friday, it said it would take 30 minutes, I show up they said oven is down it will be another 15 minutes. Fine, no problem. 20 minutes later I go check on it and I’m told it’s another 5 or 10 minutes. Slightly ridiculous and I’m irritated, I don’t say anything or make a scene because, who likes that? The manager comes out and apologizes profusely and makes things right. Thank you for doing the right thing, what a way to step up and ensure that I continue to come back.

Very pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. The cashier was a sweetheart and helped us out. For us being new to the restaurant my family loved it. Its very reasonable price and the option is awesome for everyone also. Not bad at all specifically if you need a yummy quick bite.

We stopped in on Christmas Eve, about 2:15pm. Not crowded, only 4 tables including ours. My husband ordered an XL pepperoni pizza, and I ordered a 6″ beef sandwich toasted. My husband received his pizza, the server asked anything else, I said I ordered a beef sandwich, she said ” oh”. Went back and stood behind the counter. So, I waited, then 5 minutes later I went up and asked about my sandwich. The 5 people standing around, including the manager, looked stumped. He asked my name, I gave him our order number. He went back another five minute wait, he came back out, and said it’ll be ready in about 5 minutes. I said, really! It takes longer to fix a beef sandwich, than to cook a pizza? He said, we’re really busy. I said ,” No”, they forgot about it! He was rude, and non apologetic.

Excellent food. Tried mushrooms for the first time they sliced thin and made them crispy it was a nice surprise and surprisingly good. Also ended up having car trouble and a very sweet and cute employee took upon her self and noticed I had been there for Awhile and ultimately bought me and the Gentlemen I was with a large 3 topping pizza that was hot and amazing. She truly was the highlight of the evening

Ordered spicy BBQ southwest chicken, made 2 modifications on phone order and got charged for it, neither was modified on the pizza.
Took out cheddar and added tomato, they missed both.
Cost was few bucks, disappointment of getting my order incorrect after opening the box to eat was priceless!
Food was overly salty…. Kidney failure here I come!

I ordered online and showed up at a reasonable time to find out my order was not even done. After waiting an additional 5 minutes, I finally got the food. When I got home, I noticed the food was overcooked and almost burned, and the sandwich was cold. Everything was sloppy and messy. Severely disappointed ☹️

I’m not very happy about this place. We usually are excited to go here but today as me and my husband ordered our usual. they gave us the wrong order . We called very nicely and asked about what we ordered and this was not it they argued with us and told us no they have a lot of people in front and I think customer service is one of the things they need to work on.
