Horrible service! Ordered food on app 20min prior to arriving. We ended up waiting another 20min in the location. After 40min of waiting the very immature staff just laugh about it and said sorry. Our ice coffee looks like white milk no coffee in it.

Ordered a Big Mac, Double Quarter pounder with cheese and Medium Fries in the drive thru. Our country is truly screwed. I’ve read some reviews of other costumers and they have experienced the same issues. My bag was missing the fries when I got home. 3 items to get into a bag with no one else in the drive thru, too much to handle. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. Our country is screwed. Keep up the outstanding work kids, I mean Senators. WOW.

Ordered 4 meals. Asked for no onions every sandwich had onions on them. Small dot of mustard on one, no mustard and small dot of ketchup on another. If you don’t want to do your job find something else. Allergies are a thing and lack of concern for customer service.

Go inside to bathroom it was gross garbage overflowing, toilet paper all over floor needed swept. Go to sit down every single table was dirty the floor was dirty every garbage was overflowing, the wall had something sticky and shinny all over it flies everywhere, a dead fly above a table on the wall, one worker came out pushed the garbage down with his hands and went back to work, it was still overflowing. Never would have ate there if I seen inside before I ordered on app. Haven’t seen one so gross in a long time!!

After last night I will never go here again. I know McDonald’s isn’t the healthiest to begin with but after a long work day just didn’t feel up to cooking. We had tried going through the drive thru, gave our order then at the end was told we had to come inside to place our order as something went wrong with there system. Which was funny as the other lane & the car behind us didn’t have to do this. So, I went inside to the counter to place the order. Menu boards were off. When asked about this no one, including the shift lead apparently knew how to turn them on & was told to go to the kiosk & use the menu there to give the lady at the counter my order. Gave my order & as I was doing so I watched the drive thru continue to be able to take orders. After I paid I was given the cups for our order & I went to the station in the lobby to get them. The Dr Pepper was so out of syrup that it was just clear carbonated soda water. When I told the lady at the counter she yelled towards the back & then I hear another person going are you sure you didn’t say diet coke, I could have swore you said diet coke. Ended up going with a different drink as no one was moving to fix this. But, this is also besides the point. As the pictures attached to this review will show this place obviously doesn’t care about being clean. Outside of a young man sitting at a table next to the window looking like he was waiting for a ride no one was in the lobby. There was no reason for things to be disgusting. As I was the only one that had to come in due to this supposed malfunction in their system, there’s no reason whatsoever for the absolute lack of care this place takes in cleanliness.
