ordered a 3 piece and only got 2?? and my bun on my chicken sandwich was not toasted/ warmed. the chicken was soggy too. i wouldn’t have ate it if the pickles didn’t save the sandwich. and they had the nerve to ask us to pull up and wait then brought out cold fries 🙁

Quick service, love the pot pies. Their fried chicken is also pretty good. The only thing that they didn’t get correct on my order was the dessert and drink count. They fixed our order though, so no real complaints. Recommend for a quick stop for chicken or a pot pie.

DO NOT USE ONLINE ORDERING FROM HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE ICE COLD FOOD!! I bring my dad food from here ( he is in assisted living) all the time. The service is always so slow so today I did our order online about 3:30 to be picked up at 4:45. I even called at 4:30 to make sure the order was received. I reminded them on the phone no gravy on the potatoes. I get there at 4:42 for the lady to tell me very rudely that my drinks had been there for awhile waiting. I explained my order wasn’t scheduled for pickup till 4:45 and she told me that as soon as the order comes across the screen they process it. I ask her if my food was cold since my drinks were watered down. She said no but would not remake my drinks.I only went 2 minutes down the road and both of our meals were ICE cold and our teas were practically water and guess what gravy all over the potatoes!! I have a gluten allergy so I couldn’t even eat. I paid over $24 for our meals to go in the trash. We eat here a lot but from now on it will be Popeyes.

Doesn’t deserve one star! Drive thru was packed and not moving. Went inside. All I wanted was two legs original. New kid on register and he couldn’t figure it out. Called the manger over and she showed him. $6.38 for two legs. I asked the young man if he could go get my two legs as he was just standing there. It was very hot and the floors were filthy. Never saw the manger after that. He finally brought me my bag and I hurriedly left. I got home and opened the box. One leg was black burned the other one was a dried up piece of nothing! My dog wouldn’t even eat it! I cannot believe this place is still open. I just saw all the horrible reviews. Someone needs to call the health department and report them!

Couldn’t go in to pick up delivery order as lobby was closed at 6:45pm. Hiding from Bike Week maybe. Probably lost lots of revenue and made mine suffer too. Waiting in line for a hour for an order that was already done and waiting, let alone a customer getting cold food, and the order already in my vehicle. So 3 nights messed up because why?

Paid $17 for a 4 piece tender with a large coleslaw, and a side of mash potato toppers. This is what we got. Chicken tenders had no breading, toppers had no mash potato in them. We had to ask two additional times for the sauces we ordered. There were no napkins and they were unable to get us any at the counter. Corporate needs to get involved because this is shameful.

This place is disgusting the food is horrible and the workers verbally insult you and use profanity when you ask for your order status. What kind of business allows their employees to verbally insult customers? This place does for sure! This restaurant should be closed there’s no customer service, no professionalism, and management is incompetent. I will never step foot in this place again and will let everyone I know to stay away! This location doesn’t know the difference between a drum stick and a thigh. Avoid going at night my food wasn’t fresh at all. My chicken had so much fat I couldn’t even eat around it. The reviews are accurate for this location.

Absolutely done giving this place chances. Middle of dinner. 5:40 PM. We pick up our food that we order ahead. We have to come inside and WAIT for food we ordered ahead of time. We come home and everything is INEDIBLE. Chicken is at least 5 hours old. Mac & Cheese looked like burnt scrambled eggs. Even the French fries are borderline dog food. NEVER again. This is the worst KFC in the entire franchise.

The location is not bad. It’s close to Harbour Freight which I like. Staff is nice pleasant but there’s a wait. They are pushing customers to purchase their famous bowl. I’ll try that next time. It’s only $5. This time I order a chicken pot pie. It’s still good as ever. The price has gone up. It’s 5.99 now. It’s totally worth it.
