I’m very upset. First I made an online order.I was heading home from working out of town. It didn’t say tenders unavailable online and I don’t eat bone chicken. Arrived and they said they didn’t have tenders. I can cancel my order online. Been trying to call the restaurant for 3 days. Phone line busy. I tried to get my return online for them to give me a 5.00 off coupon my next order. All I want is my refund for an order I couldn’t receive and can’t even get it. I’d still love a refund if the owner would reach out and get in touch with me. Because obviously I can’t seem to get in touch with anyone. I’m very upset.

The good here at Meridian Bonita Popeyes is always hot and delicious. Plus the staff there is always friendly and welcoming. The new manager came here maybe 15 months ago and it’s a totally different environment and professionalism. I believe he’s name is Rodney. Popeyes should give this man his own store before another restaurant pops up and tries to take him for Popeyes. Sometimes they sell out of hot n spicy which i love. But I’m always given a choice to wait 5 minutes or take regular Popeyes chicken. To me it’s a no brainer Popeyes hot and Spicy chicken is definitely worth the wait. Come on down to Popeyes at Bonita for a friendly, professional staff and awesome food.

My son and I just wanted a quick late meal and we were happy to know that at 9 o’clock on Saturday night. The lobby is still open. Till 10 on weekends until nine every other day. The chicken strips were good and so was the red beans and rice. I think Popeyes has the best biscuits of any restaurant around, especially with honey which they have.

We visited on Sat night with 4 friends, each with their families. We were the only one to order in the store and the others order through the mobile app. We waited for 30 mins to be waited on, and 30 mins for fullfillment of our order. The others waited for 45 mins for their mobile orders with one finally leaving after an hour and canceling his order after. All orders except one were wrong, with one being sold a 5 piece chicken finger meal which consisted of 4 fingers and one uncooked chicken wing. The service was the worst I have ever seen.

I ordered a 12 piece family meal and added an extra side. I did not get the extra side I paid for our the sauces I requested. When I asked the window worker for the rest of my order, she said “what’s in the bag is what you gone get.” I went inside and talked to the manager. The manager said they were out of the extra side I ordered. She couldn’t explain why I had been charged for it when the worker at the window knew they were out. She refused to give me cash for a refunded since I used a card to pay.

I would have given them a 5, however, I ordered a 3 piece strips and the young lady at the counter found the smallest steps she could find. I would have gone back but I didn’t have time. Other than that, they were fast and friendly. **EDIT** Rod manager at Popeyes, went back in and he definitely corrected problem and made things right. Thank you Manager Rod.

Tried to pick up an UberEats delivery order tonight one hour before closing time. I can instantly tell they didn’t want to do any work by the sigh I heard after telling them the order name. They didn’t even attempt to have the order ready. Said 15 minutes wait on just two chicken sandwiches. I’m sure it isn’t normally that long of a wait on one of the most ordered items so I’m sure that was a lie in hopes that we would just drive away and cancel the order. Just laziness as with most places in Meridian. As usual they don’t abide by their listed hours. So if you’re even wondering why you can’t get your delivery orders , this is why.
