Salad and drink came quickly, but main course took 40 additional minutes. Meanwhile I started feeling full from salad and bread. Mgr came to apologize for delays and she apologized to others who were dining in, saying they had 160 to go orders ahead of dine in customers. Eventually when my meal arrived it was not fit for consumption. Steak was over done, mushrooms were shriveled up and dry. My appetite was ruined.

Server, Hillary was superb with attentiveness and professionalism. The restaurant was out of Texas Tunion and she remembered I was looking forward to trying it. Well she discovered one was left and brought it out (delicious). Great service and vibes… Thanks Hillary!

The overall quality of this restaurant continues to diminish. My filet was overcooked, as was the broccoli. Our booth was filthy, the table was dirty.

Came in with 2 friends and my niece tonight, our server Courtney P was absolutely amazing! She needs her props for how good of a job she does! Was so attentive to our table, patient and so good with the menu! All the food was good but the strawberry shortcake was amazing!

My birthday was on 01/08/25, but I celebrated on yesterday 01/11/25. Upon arriving, the host said it would be 45 min to an hour wait because they were supposed to have 14 servers, but only had 3 I agreed and went back to my car to wait. Well within about 5 minutes, I got the alert that my table was ready. We got in and got seated, and I must say everything was good! The employees that were there were extremely helpful and nice despite being EXTREMELY short staffed. I was thinking it would take quite a while for our food to come out, but these guys and girls were on it! Everything was delicious and we couldn’t finish everything! Our server Josh was absolutely amazing, and I believe everyone that did come in to work deserves some type of raise or compensation because of their hard work there last night!

My daughter chose Longhorn Steakhouse to have her birthday dinner, and I was
all for it. I haven’t been in so long, so I felt everything would be top tier. We was able to take great pictures with the place being so busy. The only problem I had was the amount of times I had to call to make reservations the day before because we were inviting a large group to hear later we don’t do reservations. I was given the wrong information as how I should call the day of 30-40 minutes okay cool. I did just that and I was again told something different. I understand they’re very busy but to wait 20 minutes like I told I was going to do just wait another 20 minutes or so. Overall we had a good time, our server was very patient, and the food I chose was delectable. Next time me and my daughter will be dining alone, lol! Thanks Longhorn team for making her dat very special with the song, and a birthday gift card!

waited for 20 minutes for a server, she slammed the waters that we ordered so we decided to go the bar, the bartender was very sweet and welcoming, was considering to leave but thankfully stayed. she was very kind and made sure we were okay the entire time, service was beyond excellent!! manger on shift was also very kind and made sure we were good!

This is usually a favorite of mine. But today’s trip severely disappointed. Never have I ever had to pour so much “sauce” off my plate. When the plate arrived the steak was sitting on top of the fries out of the “sauce”. I asked the server if there was a grease spill or something. As you can see the fries were saturated in it as well. The server said he wasn’t sure and called someone over. She advised it’s just the sauce for steak seasoning to which I advised a sauce shouldn’t feel like I took a drink straight from a vegetable oil bottle. She disagreed about the oil and said it’s just lemon sauce and too much of it but did offer to make new fries. I declined. Packed up to go box and the dogs enjoyed. So disappointed. Our waiter was a sweet, young guy who was very attentive without crowding us. The food was amazing and everything was just so nice about it. At 35, this was my first time in a Longhorn Steakhouse, and the wait was so absolutely worth it! My picture isn’t necessarily “foodie” level, but it was cooked to a perfect medium and I have 0 complaints about my visit!
