The food is always hot and fresh at this location, which honestly makes all the difference. The ladies who work the night shift are awesome, friendly, efficient, and always on top of things. You can tell they care about doing a good job, and it shows every time I come here. Definitely one of the better Popeyes locations around.

1 star is too much of a compliment. I placed a mobile order around midnight on 1/3/26 for a 16 pc family meal only for the little girl at the window to tell me they’re out of chicken, fries, biscuits and rice. I asked for a refund since my order couldn’t be fulfilled and the girl ignored me. I drove up to the window and honked the horn, but no one came to the window. There were no workers in sight and I was waiting for 20 minutes. Didn’t receive food or a refund. This place needs to hire customer service with integrity.

I literally am still in the parking lot waiting after 47 minutes!! So I arrive and walk in, there is a line at the counter and no one is taking orders. No one is acknowledging customer all 7 of us are invisible. 3 door dashers enter showing order they are trying to retrieve and are also ignored. So while in line I place an online order and proceed to drive thru as they are the only ones receiving service. Once at the speaker I give my name to pick up order and I’m told to go inside to order and pick up??! I’m confused when my email clearly says pick up at counter or drive thru with name. The design of drive thru I’m stuck in line and when I get to the window she says to pull up and wait but again there’s no waiting area so I pull up into a parking spot… get out of my car and walk back to restaurant, finally a manager Corey says he will bring my order… I’m still waiting can’t leave a review on good I’m not able to taste AS IM STILL WAITING. Lots of teenage girls working here and the work ethic shows.

We have ordered through DoorDash from this Popeye’s three times, and every time the order is either wrong or missing fundamental items. This time they didn’t include the large Mac and cheese, coleslaw, all the sauces, apple pies, altogether probably 20 dollars worth of food from the order. The incorrect orders feel purposeful at this point.

Cannot get a door dash order right to save their lives.
Reordered my food 3 times.
Receipt says the proper order( a couple sandwiches, a few pies) but in the bag I get 3 piece wings, an uncooked biscuit and nothing else.
So if you order $40 of food, expect to get 30% of what you ordered and for it to be wrong!

I am currently still waiting in drive thru after 46 minutes of waiting. They literally trying to keep speed of service low and in the process got people waiting behind the yellow pole and every car that comes to the windows is there a minimum of 15 mins this drive thru isn’t equipped to

I sent my son to get us two $6.00 box specials. Once my son got home, his tenders were missing, they did not have the frozen lemonade drinks I wanted as well. I ask my son to return the orders because my food and his half order would have been cold. He returned to the store, was told by the lady employee that the store does not do returns. She stated that the person that write her check told her no refunds were to be issued. So my son had to return back home with cold chicken, no bread was in the bag like it was suppose to be as well. I HATE this cold unseasoned food. I tried to call the store to no avail, because it’s set up not to answer. I am so angry with this location, and the lie that they do not issue refunds, because on-line it clearly states that it does. I am going to contact customer service as well to voice my complaint.

I will never come back to this Popeyes ever again. I sat and drive-through for an hour. I ordered a fish sandwich and a chicken sandwich two items when I ordered them. I still had a wait in line and when I got my food, it was freaking cold went back in and got my money back. I would never come to this one again.

Slowest drive thru service ever! The woman at the window was having people stop before the window, I can only assume it was to stop a timer from starting. I waited 20 minutes after ordering to receive my food.

Had me stand for 15 minutes waiting for my food before she told me they can’t honor the order due to a shortage and made no attempt to correct it or do anything additionally the foods never taken less than 30 minutes to make horrible service.
