This location has improved the last few years. Previously they would always get my order wrong. Now when I order on the app & don’t really have to talk to anyone, my orders are made correctly. I really wish they would cook the french fries longer so they are crispy and not soggy.

They like you to order at the kiosks these days so there’s not really anyone up there waiting to take your order. The problem with that is the kiosk doesn’t allow you to do things the employees could do if they were ringing up your food, like add Big Mac sauce to a double quarter pounder. After we got our food my husband tried asking the manager and other employee that was working at the front for some Mac sauce. He tried explaining to them that the kiosk wouldn’t let him add it on the burger. Except their English didn’t seem very good and they didn’t seem to know what he was talking about so my husband just said forget it. We also got 2 Oreo McFluries and it was just vanilla ice cream with crushed Oreos on top. It wasn’t mixed up at all.

Honestly one of the worst McDonald’s experiences — and this is the second time I’ve had to deal with this!
I placed my order on the inside screen, waited over 30 minutes, and no one even bothered to check or acknowledge it until I went and asked what was going on. Only then they realized the order was sitting there the whole time.
And to top it off, they still gave me the wrong coffee. When I asked, the staff just shrugged and said they were understaffed — like that somehow makes it okay to ignore customers and mess up orders repeatedly.
If you can’t manage basic service or communication, maybe close the inside screens until you can. This place seriously needs better management and some accountability.

Our children’s favorite place, hands down!
We live near Duluth City Hall and have been residents of this neighborhood for 17 years. This location consistently makes the food the best, and the entire McDonald’s crew here is hardworking and incredibly kind.
They have a warmth that I don’t feel at other McDonald’s locations. That’s why I make sure to come all the way here to eat, even if I’m far away for errands.
I am particularly touched every time the manager calls out my name correctly when I place an online order—it happened again today! When they call out my name, I truly feel the crew’s sincerity toward their customers. Thank you, as always, for your excellent service!

I ordered food thru the app and when I pulled up to the drive thru the employees wouldn’t respond. So I pulled around and could clearly see them but again I was ignored. So be careful ordering thru the app early in the morning because you’ll be charged and then the employees won’t even acknowledge you.

The service was fantastic, is my daughter today, so we went there see if they giving out anything for the birthday, (kids love to do this) so we show up , but I don’t know if that’s because I just sign up the account for her or they don’t do anything like this anymore, we didn’t got any from our phone app, but the gentleman work in the front was super nice, he give two of my kids ice cream and wish her a happy birthday! This is so sweet! I definitely recommend the service even though I didn’t buy anything today. But anytime I’m hungry for McDonald’s I will stop by there! Thank you so much for making my girls smile!

The dining room was pretty clean and no customers dining in while we ordered. We ordered from the kiosk, selected our table number to have the food delivered to our table and paid. We waited about 20 minutes and then went to the counter to ask. Our food was there waiting on a tray and based on the ticket info, was setting there for 15 minutes. My husband asked was this our food and the response was a silent nod. There was no real customer service. My husband had to ask for new fries as they were cold on the tray. He was given only one of the two orders. He had to ask again and then was given new fries. When my husband asked why it wasn’t delivered as specified in the directions, again just a silent shrug. The food was good but if dining in make sure you watch for your food.
