I had an amazing experience at Zaxby’s! The food was extremely fresh, hot, and flavorful you can tell they care about the quality. Everything came out quickly and was just as good as I hoped.

I also want to give a special shout-out to Fadilah at the front end. She was welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. Her positive attitude really stood out and made the visit even better.

Great food + great service = I’ll definitely be back!

Went to this location over the weekend and my order came with three sauce selections, and we selected zax sauce for all of them.
Upon going into the store to pick up the food my husband requested two extra sauces in which they made him pay for them. Which would have been fine if we didn’t get home only to realize the sauces that came with the order weren’t even in the bag, and they had the audacity to charge us for extras.

Please do better. Situations like this may seem small, but sometimes the small details make a huge difference being that most people like their food a certain way.

And certainly you shouldn’t be charging customers for extras when you haven’t even put in what they ordered in the first place

The night crew staff was hilarious. I went into the drive thru to order two salads and they told me to park and they would bring it to me. Since it was below 30° I parked and went inside instead of having them bring it to me. The whole front counter crew was friendly. They had me laughing because they couldn’t understand what I wanted. I asked for pepper and she didn’t understand. I asked again, and she didn’t understand. Then she asked if I want black pepper. Yes, that’s what I want. Maybe my Charleston, SC accent was too hard to understand.

The zalads were fresh and well organized. It looked and tasted good.

Writing this 12/17/25 at 8:27 PM. Worst Zaxbys over. Ordered online at 7:30 and was told it would be ready at 7:45. Wasn’t busy at all. All the employees just walking around talking and on their phones. Asked about my order again at 7:55, said it was ready yet. 20 minutes go by and it walk up to ask about it again and come to find out it’s been ready for 20 minutes they never said anything. Food was cold, no apology or anything. The small front counter girl with the brown hair and glasses had a very nasty attitude. Definitely order at the other Zaxby’s, and not Mall PKWY fair warning.

My wife and I came here to visit your location we had one of the best treatments since we’ve been coming here.. The staff was exceptional. Jamal introduced the new lemon pepper wings to my wife that she loves them he was very polite, professional, and helpful the whole time.. while Nikki was great and awesome with her Great customer service skills. Greeting us with a smile and pleasant the whole time while she served us ..she also explained the process of how they cook the wings that was one point.. We look forward to coming back visiting your store to get this excellent service by your employees..

After waiting in line behind about 6 cars (not too busy) had to wait another 40 minutes plus and counting after paying to get the food. Oh here it comes. Ok She apologizes. Should have gotten home and be eating by now. I’ll judge the food as decent based on previous visits and hope for the best. I’d rather not do this again, but my family wanted to try the Lemon Pepper wings. If they are so good it was worth the 40 minute wait, I’ll edit the post.

I normally order on the app, which is easy and convenient for me. I would then pick it up at the restaurant. The wait time is not usually long at all. I would do my order in the parking lot, then waited about 10 minutes before going inside. I would go to the counter, let the server know I’m picking up an online order, and give the server my name.
At this restaurant, the server was courteous. The food was good. The restroom was not so clean, and the floor was very slippery like there was an oil spill. Another guest and I were laughing as we were slipping and sliding in the restroom to get around. I had a good laugh at that situation.

I got the NASTIEST attitude from the young lady at the counter and the manager on duty all because I asked for a peach tea and lemonade mixed. I was willing to pay an upcharge if needed and was completely respectful and polite. I was absolutely taken aback by the amount of attitude I received for simply asking for 2 products that they sell.

Very slow lately. Like why is it taking several minutes in the drive thru. Either the workers are working very slow.. or there’s no staff.. either way this is ridiculous and the portion size is small.
