During our stay in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, we decided to try Firehouse Subs for the first time and opted for the Large Veggie Sub. We were very satisfied with our choice! The sub was generously packed with fresh, crisp vegetables, flavorful cheese, and a perfectly toasted bun that brought everything together beautifully.
The flavors were spot on, with just the right amount of seasoning and dressing to enhance the taste without overpowering the fresh ingredients. It was clear that quality and care go into each sub, making it a satisfying and hearty meal.
The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring we had a pleasant experience from start to finish. If you’re in Pigeon Forge and looking for a tasty, fresh, and fulfilling sub, Firehouse Subs is a great option. We’ll definitely be back to explore more of their menu!

Went twice while here. Employees were nice but seemed not to understand some things. Both times I went my sub was wrong, but fixed and done so very lovingly which goes such a long way for me! We also purchased bread for making our own pack lunch and it was SO good. Would come again.

While we were vacationing in Tennessee, we spotted a firehouse, in a beautiful brick building. I had to have it. Hook & ladder, no deli mustard. So good, every time. I loved the scenery of this Firehouse, as in florida, we don’t have them that are overlooking a mountain!
Will definitely return to get my firehouse fix while on vacation!!!

Good food. Drink machine with over 100 choices. Good variety of chips for selection.
Our extremely picky eater got the Grilled Cheddar Cheese combo and said it was the best grilled cheese she’s ever had and rated it a 10/10! She also loved the Firehouse Cherry Limeade. I noticed they have a gluten free option too.

I get it’s 8:25 and they close at 9 but no need to be rude. Cashier acted like she was disgusted we walked in. Was trying to figure out the order we wanted nowhere near the register but she didn’t like that. Then tells us they have no cheese. SMH. Go to the Sevierville location. They’re Awesome!

My friend picked up my order and forgot to get my drink. When I called Firehouse and told them I didn’t get my drink. They didn’t offer to refund my money. only pointed the blame to the person who failed to get the drink. They kept my money and my drink. Will probably never order a drink online again. I actually ordered a meal so will never do that again either.

The sandwiches were very good, although we did have to reassemble many of the ingredients into it. The one guy that was taking orders was constantly interrupted by others so it took a while to place our order, and we had to tell him multiple times what we wanted. It was very noisy in there and the kids on the baseball team that were supposed to be eating were running around and being pests.

Food tasted great. Workers never cracked a smile and all the tables were dirty even though they weren’t busy. Our 2 year grandson spilled his drink and they just watched as we used almost an entire container of their paper towels to clean up the mess. Definitely Need some customer service training.

I’m a huge Firehouse fan. I absolutely adore the Italian fully involved with banana peppers. Today I visited the Firehouse subs in pigeon forge Tennessee. I don’t know if it’s the job market or what’s happening recently with some eateries but there were certain things that I noticed here that I haven’t seen at any Firehouse subs in the last bit. For one thing the floor was not cleaned well and definitely needed a good mopping. Tables were cleaned when people left, but it seemed that they were shorthanded and some things were not being cleaned properly. When I received my Italian sub, one end of the bun was narrower than the other end. I looked at my friends Italian sub and it was also narrower at one end. Also we both noticed that it did not seem to be stacked properly and stay on the bread as easily as normal. This was strange and just put me off a little bit but the flavor was still there and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I’m dropping my normal five-star review because of this down to four but it was still a great place to eat! I recommend if you’re going by a Firehouse subs to stop in and eat the Italian sub and maybe try some other subs they have that you might like better!
