Ordered a kids meal (cub meal) with orange chicken and super greens. The menu that is posted in the store shows that each kid’s meal includes white rice. Ordered in the drive-thru and was not given any rice. Employee in drive-thru was an African American female with colored blonde hair. Went inside to get order corrected. Male employee working cash register was very nice but the same female employee from drive-thru came over and stated that I did not order rice. I pointed to the menu where it shows that each kid’s meal includes white rice. Female employee again stated I did not order rice, so I again referenced posted menu showing that the meal comes with rice and mentioned that I have ordered kid’s meals here in past they always include rice. Female employee again (3rd time) stated I did not ask for rice then reluctantly and rudely put some rice in a small container for me. This restaurant has yummy food but this particular employee is unkind, unpleasant, and needs to learn much about customer service.

Went in on my lunch break to get a quick meal and was told they wouldn’t take my cash until at least 12:00 and was told they will set it to the side if I want to wait and still get it…first of all what do you mean you won’t take cash until a certain time and secondly if yall tried to hand me the same plate of food you made me 30 minutes ago id throw it right back at you too

Manager has a bad attitude. As a Uber Eats driver, I tried to communicate the order to her multiple times, and she refused to listen, actively avoided looking at the phone to confirm, then blamed me for miscommunication. As a customer, the food here is absolute trash as well, and the lobby is always trashed.

Waited over 30 minutes in the drive through with only 4 cars in front of us. They’re plating and taking one order at a time. If you want to get served, go inside,m or better yet, skip altogether.

After placing an online order, my husband went to pick it up. On his way to pick up the order he got a notification that our food was ready. Once he got to the restaurant he waited almost an hour only for them to tell him they were out of the meat I ordered. He then waited another 15 for our food. He spoke w the very nasty “manager” who only offered sarcastic responses & was in no way helpful. Your manager is a nasty spirited person who has no business in customer service. These restaurants better fix this bc bad customer service is running these places in the ground!
