I went in happy to get the new meal and went home to eat it. Before I ate it I was about to warm up the meat only. To my surprise they left paper on my sandwich. It made me sick to my stomach. The question is if I didn’t try to heat up my meat I would have ate paper. No one took accountability only the excuses for nor taken it off. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Just close the whole thing.

Yesterday, February 14th, 2026 at around 6:00 PM, I had an extremely unpleasant and unexpected experience at this Burger King location.

My family and I were driving back from Orlando to Canada. We were exhausted, still facing about five more hours on the road, and decided to stop here for a quick meal to recharge.

Unfortunately, the moment I walked into the restaurant, I was treated horribly by an employee — a tall man with a neck tattoo — who was openly arrogant, rude, and clearly in a bad mood. His attitude was not just unprofessional, it was disrespectful. There was no greeting, no basic courtesy, and no effort to treat customers like human beings.

It’s honestly disappointing that Burger King hires people who clearly lack the minimum emotional maturity and professionalism required to deal with the public. Customer service is not complicated: you don’t need a university degree to smile, say “good afternoon,” and treat people with respect.

Some people would be grateful for a job like this and would actually do it properly. Instead, customers are forced to deal with someone who acts like they hate their own life and takes it out on others.

Training doesn’t fix this kind of behavior — because this isn’t a “training issue,” it’s a character issue.

On top of that, the nuggets and fries were absolutely terrible. They tasted like oil that had been reused for far too long — greasy, old, and honestly disgusting. The sandwich itself was good, as usual, but it doesn’t make up for everything else.

This location seriously needs to rethink who they hire and also pay more attention to basic food quality.

I will not be returning

The woman working the window tonight is hostile for no reason. I thought she wanted to fight over some mustard and pickles…. But don’t worry— I still got pickles.

I picked up my order for a family of 5 and was in and out in less than 3 minutes. My food was nice and hot, let’s not forget delicious. The employees were nice and considerate, they also made sure I received my correct order with all my items. I definitely will be ordering from here more often.

Worst burger king ever this location might as well be torn down and replaced with a real business. 90% of the time they are mobile order only do better or just closed the door and move on. If you can’t server one car in the line at 8am why are you even open.

Showed up prior to 11pm,
Sat in drive thru almost 10 minutes, no answer. Seen employees in the store when pulled around.
Signs on, drive thru signs on.
Pulled back around, sat again. Turned off the drive thru boards.
Closes 12am? False advertising or careless staff?

I am 7 months pregnant & I went to use the restroom! I was told it’s out of order which is not true because where do the employees use to restroom? Also if it’s dining room inside & open the restaurant should be closed if you can’t go to bathroom (Rude)

One of the nastiest and rudest places I’ve ever been. We spent $45.00 for cold nasty no straws for the shakes we paid for sauces we never got. All the food was cold and dried out . When we called to inform them about it I was yelled at yes I said yelled at saying there is nothing he could do. This place needs to be shut down and all those employees need to be fired.

Wish I could give them a 0! Their customer service is garbage from the franchise owner, down to the workers in the store! They don’t even have items that they advertise! They will not get another penny from me!

This location is listed as closing at 2 AM. I got to the drive through at 145 and was told “Sorry, we’re closed.” I said, “Yeah, in 15 minutes?” Nothing was said by the girl at the window after that. Either stay open until 2 or change the time posted on Google. Or tell the children that work there that 145 is not 2.

Just looked at the Burger King corporate website. It is listed as closing at 2 AM on Friday night, not 145. I’ll call corporate in the morning and let them know what kind of entitled people are working there and running the place.
