Reviews
My family and I were driving back from Orlando to Canada. We were exhausted, still facing about five more hours on the road, and decided to stop here for a quick meal to recharge.
Unfortunately, the moment I walked into the restaurant, I was treated horribly by an employee — a tall man with a neck tattoo — who was openly arrogant, rude, and clearly in a bad mood. His attitude was not just unprofessional, it was disrespectful. There was no greeting, no basic courtesy, and no effort to treat customers like human beings.
It’s honestly disappointing that Burger King hires people who clearly lack the minimum emotional maturity and professionalism required to deal with the public. Customer service is not complicated: you don’t need a university degree to smile, say “good afternoon,” and treat people with respect.
Some people would be grateful for a job like this and would actually do it properly. Instead, customers are forced to deal with someone who acts like they hate their own life and takes it out on others.
Training doesn’t fix this kind of behavior — because this isn’t a “training issue,” it’s a character issue.
On top of that, the nuggets and fries were absolutely terrible. They tasted like oil that had been reused for far too long — greasy, old, and honestly disgusting. The sandwich itself was good, as usual, but it doesn’t make up for everything else.
This location seriously needs to rethink who they hire and also pay more attention to basic food quality.
I will not be returning
Sat in drive thru almost 10 minutes, no answer. Seen employees in the store when pulled around.
Signs on, drive thru signs on.
Pulled back around, sat again. Turned off the drive thru boards.
Closes 12am? False advertising or careless staff?
Just looked at the Burger King corporate website. It is listed as closing at 2 AM on Friday night, not 145. I’ll call corporate in the morning and let them know what kind of entitled people are working there and running the place.
