Walked in to pick up a to go order. The atmosphere was warm with a gentleman playing the piano. So I stayed for a cocktail. bartender poured a good drink.The music was surprisingly good. I ordered the cup of lobster bisque it was full of flavor and lots of lobster meat. There was a bit of spice flavor to it that I enjoyed. The 8oz filet was equally delicious and perfectly cooked. I ordered rare.

I went to the Austin location. First night I dined alone at the bar and ordered the Guacamole and 2 oysters along with 2 drinks. The food was absolutely phenomenal! The bartender serving me… was pretty uninviting. Maybe he was having a bad night, idk. Just not friendly in my opinion.

2nd night was there with a date. We ordered some raw oysters as well as 2 of each of the baked oyster varieties. So. Good. We had the lobster bisque which is hands down the best I’ve ever had. So creamy and luscious. We also had 1 stone crab claw each… can never go wrong with those. Lastly, we shared a crab cake. Im not normally a huge crab cake person, I can take them or leave them – but dont miss out on this. The dill sauce was delicious with it. Very good dish. Drinks again were beautiful and delicious. Server the 2nd night was super friendly and helpful.

If you enjoy a meal that fluctuates between a candy factory and the Dead Sea, this is your spot! The mixologist has truly mastered the art of charging $20 for a drink you could make in the dark with one hand tied behind your back. I won’t be back, mostly because my palate is currently in witness protection.

While the fine dining chains of Rosemont usually miss the mark, I was pleasantly surprised by Truluck’s execution. The ingredients were fresh and flavorful, and everything was cooked to perfection. Service was attentive without being overbearing. I will certainly be back for my next work dinner, small party or large.

Service, drinks, and food was amazing, wanted to sit at the bar but unfortunately there were multiple patrons saving seats stating the guests were parking cars, folks did t arrive until 30 to 40 minutes later.
2 different groups saved a total of 6 to 7 seats.

It had been awhile since I’ve dined at Truluck’s Rosemont and my wife and I decided to have our Valentine’s dinner here. Everything was just as I had remembered. The ambiance and service were outstanding and the food was amazing. Food came out quickly and was presented beautifully and our service Douglas was extremely attentive and friendly. It made this Valentine’s really special.
