The service there is usually very good but every time I go through there their tends to be some kind of issue either with the equipment like the speaker and the drive-thru or out of certain items such as condiments or ingredients. And it really takes an extra long time to get the food out. I’ve never been inside so I have no comment for that but the drive-thru is just a little frustrating. And being out in this area there’s nothing else around or any closer location.. Andy tacos leave a whole lot to be desired. They taste like the shells or stale some of the times and other times they seem okay.

When we first arrived, the sweet lady working was mopping up a very dirty/muddy area left on the floor and chairs by some previous customers. She was not annoyed. She was gladly cleaning it up as she knew they had come from a work site.
She was also then behind the counter taking orders and was so kind. Called us baby, which was endearing.
Our burgers were good, excellent fries and our thick shakes were AMAZING! Loved the thick straws!
I also appreciated that the pictures of the Jack in the Box were not scary, they were happy. Sometimes Jack in the boxes look scary to children.
Thanks for a great stop on our roadtrip from Florida to Iowa. These RV sisters were happy we stopped!

There was a gentleman working the counter and serving food around 1:30pm who honestly was the kindest man we’ve encountered in Troy all day. We are not from here and are only here for the holiday week and he went out of his way to make sure our 1 year old had his food quickly as he was very hungry while they were still making my wife’s and I’s meals. We didn’t ask him to do it, he went out of his way for us and we are very thankful for that. Food was hot and very good. Great job today!

best Jack in the box is the most best served Jack in the box out of the Tri-County of Lincoln Warren and St Charles this is the only Jack in the box I will ever go to if I want Jack in the box I live in Warrenton and yes I drive 15 to 20 minutes to go to Troy for their tacos now about 5 or 6 days ago I went there it was probably 11:30 at night I said I apologize to the employee that was on the intercom I said I’m sorry to do this to you guys but I need 20 tacos 5 with extra lettuce please the employee on the intercom said well there’s only one cook and I’m in crutches so you’re going to have to go to Taco Bell Taco Bell don’t sell tacos I want I came to Jack in The box I was very very unhappy and I said well would 15 tacoss to be easier I did not get another response I sat in the Drive-Thru sitting there waiting for him to reply for at least 10 minutes thinking that he was messing around with me little did I know he was not messing around he never answered me back or anything very very unhappy

The food was good but when we received our food we checked the bag and our orders were slightly wrong. It was no big deal but the girl working refused to admit she was wrong even with multiple of us confirming what we ordered. She refused to change the order and walked away then in the back said “Womp womp”. So we had to go back through the drive through to get the food we ordered. She was short and had almost buzzed bleach blonde hair. Was really unfortunate because I liked the place and we were all acting appropriately.

We ordered the Jacks Party Bundle. The only thing that was good in entire order was the curly fries. The Jr Jumbo Jack (x3) were ice cold and condiments (lettuce, tomato) on burger were slimy. The Jr Chicken Sandwich had the consistency of a brick, had to gnaw at it just to get thru it (ended up throwing all 3 away due to being inedible). The tacos were ok.
Even going to St Peters and even my visits to Tulsa Oklahoma. Never had as bad as this from Jack in the Box.

My husband ordered a large order for our family. We requested no mayo and no ketchup on our burgers. They came with an over abundance of both condiments. We also ordered two tacos, a coke, and a plain cheeseburger. We didn’t get the coke and tacos and the cheeseburger had no cheese and a TON of ketchup all over it.
