Chops has an Asian fusion vibe, it’s a smaller restaurant with BIG taste and generous portions. Friendly staff and it’s packed with people on a Saturday nite.
We ordered among other delicious items, the Bulgogi Burrito. I highly recommend it! It will change your life. It is large and packs a big flavor puch; crafted with Korean-style marinated beef, rice, fresh vegetables, and an amazing creamy spicy sauce. So satisfying.
We also had questions about the menu but noticed only a kiosk to order food. Just walk past the self-checkout and there’s a counter where you can place an order and speak with an friendly employee.

It’s been a few years since I last visited recently, it still feels the same. I believe I tried the bulgoritto years ago and it was good.
Fantastic fusion. I’m currently pregnant and was craving Mexican, Korean and Japanese all at once. So this was the perfect place. Definitely worth the cost given the portion size and flavor. One order can satisfy me for the whole work day and I can portion it. I love that they were able to add the imitation crab to the flaming boar for an additional cost, totally leveling up the entree. That’s what makes this place a 5 stars for me, otherwise it would be 4 stars. Thank you Chops for the extremely satisfying meal. Their slaw is delicious too, that’s really what drew me back
I also tried the kraken before and it was delicious as well.

The food here is awesome! I wished I knew about Chops sooner. This place is on my list of favorites. The Bulgogirito is definitely my favorite. The great thing is you can do a bowl option instead of the burrito. Everyone in the family ordered something different and they loved what they ordered. Chops is a must try.

The kitchen staff seems like they do not understand anything. I asked to wrap my sandwiches in foil for a long trip that I was taking and they put one piece of foil on it and it did not cover the whole sandwich. Check your food.

These burritos were amazing and unique! I don’t often care for burritos, but the creative spin on this Korean fusion burrito has me wishing I had Chops where I live! We got the Kraken and the Bulgoritto (the sweet beef one) and they are ginormous! Big enough to share, I wish I would have read the comments about how huge they were before ordering. The pot stickers were average.
One downside is the seating and bathrooms. Couldn’t find the bathrooms (were they through the staff area, who knows) and the seating is indoor picnic tables. We went at lunchtime weekday, and lots of business folks were occupying a table with only 2-3 people, whereas 6 could sit comfortably. Takeout is ideal.

Just Go! This place is so good. Chops was recommended to us recently and we tried it lastnight for the first time. I had the bulgorrito and husband the bibimbap with potstickers. First, the wait was very minimal, they had the food out incredibly fast. Portions were large and it all tasted fresh with such good flavor!

Bulgorrito and Huli Huli chicken was our order. Went around 5ish on a weekday.
Looked like a take away place to me, but could be wrong as I went at an odd time. They do have a lot of space to sit and eat.
Very generous sized burritos. Liked the taste of both the huli huli and the bulgogi.

Went in for a Friday afternoon lunch, and it was pretty busy by the time we left. Parking in this area can be a challenge, especially during lunchtime. The food we’ll prepared and didn’t take too long. More than one meal in their burritos if you’re not exceptionally hungry. Be aware they serve Pepsi at this time, some photos on Google Maps show Coke but are from several years ago. The menu has also been pared down over the years, so check online to see the latest as some of the photos on Google show dishes no longer offered. Recommended.

Very generous portions! My husband and I split one bulgogi burrito and one order of fried mandu.
Both were quite excellent. The burrito was really unique. I found it to be quite sweet (think Cafe Rio), and very creamy (from the mayo in the coleslaw portion). The overall effect was quite rich, but great to share.
