I came to pick up an order I placed online. I was told I had to come in and sign because it was through doordash! New news to me I’ve never had to do this before. Im not sure id Adalia thought I was actually doordshing for money, but I kept trying to explain my 9-5 job paid for the meal for its employees and I dont have a way to confirm the order. She proceeded to get hostile and slam my food and drinks on the counter. Very unprofessional in a customer’s face. I dont care if I was an actual doordasher you dont treat people this way. Unacceptable. I won’t be coming back to this location no matter if it’s my own money or my job paying for it.

I love making a stop at this place for a quick bite or to get one of their limeades (cherry one is great). 2pm is start of happy hour and you can get some drinks at half price, i think. Service is not the greatest or fastest, but I have not had much to complain about in the times i have been there. Although the last time I was there, there were no benches or places to sit outside, so that was a bit inconvenient. In any case, not a bad place for a quick bite or a drink. Plenty of parking and rest access to Colfax.

The is a decent location in a kinda seedy neighborhood. Staff was friendly. Food was hot but delivered on end so the chili cheese tots were sliding out of the container. Server was probably not paying attention. Landscaping was better than most Sonics..

I have worked in customer service for many years and honestly this interaction had me pretty annoyed and frustrated. I had placed an online order of two Oreo cheesecake milk shakes, I had then drove only 5 minutes to pick them up and I had gotten a confirmation for the order pickup saying 8:28pm I had gotten there at 8:34pm and unfortunately I did not have great cell service so it took about 4 minutes or so for me to be able to access my order to update I was there. After a brief minute I was the handed my milkshakes no problem. I unfortunately wasn’t able to try them until I got home, I took literally one sip and immediately went to spit out the taste of what expired milk would taste like, not only that the milkshakes were almost complete liquid (mind you I have order this milkshake since I was a kid and this has never happened) I then had lifted up my cup to look at the bottom and there was I believe to be flavoring I’m not sure just all at the bottom causing the milkshake to curdle, I didn’t really want to create an issue about going back or even complaining but it has been a very stressful week and this was something that was going to make the start of my weekend better so i decided to call. When they answered the phone I told them what had happened and asked for a remake or refund and they said since I had chosen the flavor of this milkshake that, that was not going to happen. I then still proceeded to explain that this has never Happened ever and the milkshake was curdling and then they proceeded to put us on hold to talk to someone. When they took me off hold I got told again that, that was impossible, and they said the machine was just cleaned and that I took to long to get my milkshakes and that’s why they were the way they were, like I said before never have I ever had this happen even when placing an order to a further sonic where it has sat longer! I just genuinely think this location has a problem making this shake since they have so many people complaining. This is my first complaint about sonic and I just hope they will see this and decide to do better.

Every time i get a milkshake from this location it tastes rancid. I have never had this issue at other locations. I am fully convinced they do not properly clean their machines and need an investigation done.

Sonic is good for a fast food burger. They can be a mess to handle sometimes but a good burger. Though not much variety on food. The drinks however the rock. Slushy to sweet tea to shakes. They are all good. It’s a drive in so not much in the way of seating. They’re pretty clean. Staff is friendly, not too bright sometimes but friendly. On par with every other fast food place when it comes to prices.

This is not the first time I have and issues with this place.. employees some of them are rude.. is like they don’t even know what’s coustumer service… last time my shake taste like is was bad like the milk was bad it was nasty… and today I got a 5 dollar sandwich and like really 2 slice of bacon 2 slice of jalapeno and bearly any meat on it.. and you guys really need to start learning how to say please and thank you..
