Took almost 2 hours and then lost our order. Kept skipping orders and it was not very clean. Then the ladie kept dropping stuff on floor picking it up off ground and kept working didn’t even change gloves, more then once.

The Chalupa in the photos is the brand new street tacos which if you look at the photos, it looks nothing alike and doesn’t even have half of the ingredients shown in the picture .

This place, I don’t even know where to start at. Restrooms were dirty, like they never were cleaned, the lobby was filthy, coke machine seen better days, the employees have absolutely no hygiene care. Instead of them cleaning or doing anything they just stand around and talk. Management has definitely failed here.

With all my love of Taco Bell, this one sucks. Every time I’ve gotten food from here, they always forget something or just don’t try at all. Yeah, thanks for the nacho cheese but I’m pretty sure I asked for spicy ranch. Plus, they’re always out of something, and a taco shouldn’t be more than 10 minutes to make… tsk tsk tsk.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I come to this location they mess my order up, and the nacho fries are cold! First time I got my order they gave me the wrong tacos. Then I came through and explained to them how they messed up. Didn’t even mention the cold fries just let it go. Then they messed up AGAIN on the order they “fixed” I mean come on it’s not that hard. Seriously??? People are so lazy and have no care in the world. It’s so simple to achieve I promise. I would not recommend this location. Especially during the night time!!

Been here twice over the last week, I had to come back for a refund on 5 items and the manager was very professional and kind but the second time we went there there was multiple messed up/ missing items. Both tacos and a burrito were missing the chicken entirely. When we went to get the order remade there was a teenage looking employee on his phone while making the food. Even when we got the order back my tacos were smashed to shit. HORRIBLE location. Go to a different one if possible
