A decent place. Good burgers … ask for extra napkins — they’re messy in a good way. Jalapeno poppers were low quality food service fare. Very hollow. Fries were overcooked to the point of being hard. Onion rings overcooked causing onions to disintegrate. Good service from Reagan.

Amazing service, cool restaurant and lots of choices. I had the Georgia Summer burger. It was definitely over the top in flavors. The quality was great, but I was not a fan of the taste. This is not the restaurants fault. It just wasn’t for me. The pimento cheese was overrun by other flavors from the other toppings. My son had a plain double cheeseburger and said he would get it again. He also, had a milkshake and loved it. Overall we liked it and would definitely return.

I love food and like to try out different spots. This place was pretty cool. There is a pool table and a ping pong table. Our server, Brandon, was really nice. It was pretty busy, but he kept up with each table. The wings were great. My husband’s burger was so good. It came with a gravy that was so delicious. We ordered one of the milk shakes. It was a cinnamon crunch, honey bun. It was melted, but it was still good. I’ll definitely go back to try another one of their burgers and a milk shake.

We went to over the top burger bar for dinner and it was decent. The burger was good but a little bit overpriced. The salad was good, but also again a little bit overpriced. I was expecting more toppings and cheese on the salad, but it had two slices of brie and some bacon. It was small for the price. The drink was okay but it to mainly taste like juice. Overall it was a decent place but I wouldn’t come back.

I recently visited Over The Top Burger Bar in Buford, Georgia, and tried their “Georgia Summer” burger. It was absolutely delicious, with a perfect blend of spicy and sweet flavors. The spicy peaches added a unique twist that made it stand out from a traditional burger. I’d 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a great burger experience. Five stars all the way!

A very popular burger place, very busy!! They had several groups but still gave top-notch service. They had a variety of menu options, and please don’t skip on the shakes! I tried the Hangover burger (minus the egg). It had a waffle bun with maple syrup dusted in powdered sugar with a hashbrown and cheese. It was so good!! Definitely an over-the-top experience!!

Delicious food. Portion sizes are perfect. The servings are big damn near intimidating in a good way. House sauce is tasty and the gravy is solid. I think you get both with some maybe all burgers. Burgers can get messy consider asking for easy sauces on burgers if that’s not your thing.

We really wanted to like Over the Top Burger, but our visit ended up being pretty underwhelming. From the start, there was a longer wait than we expected just to place our order, and then another long wait for the food to come out. The staff we interacted with were friendly and polite, and it seemed like they were trying, but the pacing and organization just felt off. It came across more as a management or systems issue than anything the employees themselves were doing wrong.
As for the food, it was okay, but not something we’d go out of our way for again at the prices being charged. The burgers and sides were passable, but nothing really stood out in terms of flavor. For what we paid, the portions and taste didn’t quite feel like they matched the cost, which made the overall experience feel a bit disappointing. It wasn’t terrible, just not on the level we were hoping for given the name and the price point.
The atmosphere also left a bit to be desired. Even though the restaurant isn’t very old, it already feels a little dated and worn in a way that doesn’t feel intentional. Some areas looked like they could use more consistent cleaning and upkeep, which is hard to ignore when you’re sitting and waiting for your food. A bit more attention to detail in cleanliness and maintenance would go a long way.
Overall, this visit just didn’t live up to our expectations. With some improvements in management, pacing, and general upkeep, it could be a much better experience, especially since the staff themselves were friendly. For now, though, it’s probably not a place we’d rush back to.

Our server (Maddison) was absolutely wonderful and made the experience so enjoyable. The food tasted amazing and everything came out perfect. The only downside was overhearing the bartender repeatedly speaking negatively about coworkers and the owners, which took away from an otherwise great atmosphere. Overall, a great meal and excellent service.

Decent burger bar. Food & shakes were good. Service was really slow even though there were only 3 tables occupied in the whole place. They precharge 18% gratuity & then ask for another tip when you sign your credit card. Double charged drinks so check your bill.
