i would not recommend this taco bell. After waiting in line for a while we received our food and against better judgement left without checking the food quality. After opening my food up i was surprised to see my 2 chicken cantina tacos were missing some meat. My taco looked very skinny and rushed. It was no problem tho so i walked back to the restaurant and brought up my dissatisfaction to a team member. I’d like to add that as i work next to a taco bell i’ve eaten this same thing many times so i have a pretty good understanding of what the meal looks like. I politely asked the worker if she could look at my tacos to see that they were made with like 3 pieces of chicken, not wanting to cause problems during a rush as they were already busy i was hoping for at least ONE new taco. the employee looked at me and said that the portion were made correctly (without ever looking at the actual taco) and that the contents may have slid to the bottom of the taco…my taco was bare…she then told me that if i wanted a proper portion that i would have to pay for extra. Very jarring as i’ve never had this problem at any other taco bell’s. i will also included pictures. not happy with my service.

If I could leave this Taco Bell 0 stars I would. The older lady working the window is rude, mean, and has TERRIBLE customer service.According to my receipt her name is Minnie S. I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch sub meat for potato’s and while ordering she said “regular shell or dorito” and we said dorito. when we got to the window, after waiting in line for 15 minutes, she gave me my order and there was no cheesy gordita crunch, they didn’t even charge me for it. i asked her for it then she got so rude with me and proceeded to tell me that i needed to tell her i needed one when i order when i clearly already did and she asked me what shell i wanted?? she kept shutting the window in my face, dismissing me, and rushing me as i tried to clarify that i wanted potato’s not meat. when she gave it to me it was literally cheese and lettuce…..like are you serious. she shut window in my face again and i had to wait for her to open it to let her know there was no potato’s, no sauce, no anything, and she just gave me a side of potato’s, and slammed the door in my face yet again. she refused to open the window and charged me for basically a doritos shell. do not waste your time at this location.

DO NOT GO HERE. Was missing three items and when we went back to get the missing items they argued saying we were eating them mind you we literally just circled around and offered to give them all the food we had taken out the bag. Very rude employees. Mind you it WASNT EVEN BUSY.

Avoid this location!!!
I’ve had bad experiences in the past but a couple of weeks ago I decided to try my luck and order from here again. I even thought maybe I should order from the Montford location but I gave this one another chance. Bad idea. I arrived 3-4 minutes after the app said my food would be ready. I left with my food 55 minutes later. Even worse I tried multiple times to cancel my order and even asked one of the workers if he could cancel it and of course it wasn’t possible. In my long long wait I had ample time to send 3 complaints through the app, each time checking the box that I wanted them to contact me. Nearly 2 weeks later and I haven’t heard back from anyone, so I was forced to dispute the charge on my card. Maybe this public review will get someone’s attention. I do want to note I don’t blame the workers, only management/ownership.

This is a really good double dipping burrito so it deserves a mention. And the staff at the South Blvd. location is always polite, efficient and friendly.

I had a great experience at this Taco Bell! The food was delicious—fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was craving. I ordered the **$7 Cravings Deal from the app**, and it was an amazing value—definitely recommend using the app for the best deals!

What really made my visit special was the older lady who helped me yesterday. She was so kind, sweet, and made me feel welcome. Excellent customer service like hers really stands out!

Will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend this location.

Hard to fairly give such a negative review due to the extreme understaffing. But given that there were only 2 employees, the drive through was incredibly slow, food subpar and “atmosphere” terrible. Nothing new at this location unfortunately. Pay them more than the minimum wage and maybe conditions will improve? Novel idea I know.

This has to be the most frustrating fast food experience I’ve ever had. The excessive wait time was completely unacceptable. I was in line for what felt like forever, and it was clear I wasn’t the only one. The drive-thru was backed up, and multiple Uber Eats and DoorDash drivers were also waiting inside the lobby, looking just as frustrated. They mentioned they had been waiting for nearly an hour for their orders. It’s really disappointing to see such a lack of efficiency, especially for a restaurant that’s supposed to be “fast.” My order was correct, but it’s not worth the absurdly long wait. I won’t be returning.

My friends and I had ordered 2 quesadillas and waited over and hour and a half, and we ended up leaving and made our own food in 2 minutes. We tried to talk to the staff but they barely acknowledged us and were going extremely slow when there were over 15 people waiting for more than an hour. Avoid this location as all costs! It said our order was also ready for 30 minutes when they didn’t even start it. It was absolutely ridiculous.
