Handmade tortillas hot off the plancha, chef-driven recipes, and a full selection of craft tequilas and beers from local brewers are just a few of the hallmarks we’re proud to share with Middle Tennessee residents and visitors. If you enjoy slow-smoked brisket, chicken, seafood, or pork in your tacos, our in-house smoker won’t disappoint. As a fast-casual, quick-serve restaurant, we do not take reservations, but we firmly believe our tacos are worth the wait.

We had breakfast tacos here (only served on Saturdays and Sundays) this morning around the 10 and they were fabulous. No line (the factory doesn’t really get busy until 11). The girl taking our order was a bit offhand and then went to go chat with a male server instead of helping us find a high chair. When we went to go ask for one, she looked at us like we were annoying her. The server she’d be chatting with went and got it for us. 5 stars for the food. 4 stars for her.
We had one brisket breakfast taco (puffy) and one pork adovada breakfast taco. We could have easily eaten a second one each but we were waiting for friends and didn’t want to kill our appetite for lunch.

On Saturdays, Mojos has breakfast tacos along with their regular lunch tacos. No matter if you are looking for breakfast or brunch, it’s a great place to start your Saturday morning! The staff are nice and service was really quick with assisting you! Parking acn be challenging on Saturdays with the Franklin Farmers Market, but absolutely worth finding a spot and getting inside.

We were looking for a light dinner and this place appealed. Its not far from the old town center (about a mile away). It is a very casual vibe, but also fun due to being in The Factory. It’s very open and bright during the day. This is the kind of place where you put in your order and get a number to deliver at your table. The staff were all very friendly. The food was quite tasty. It reminded me a lot of Fuzzy’s Taco Shop. I’d definitely come back again.

This was my very first time at Mojo’s at The Factory. I shared that with the girl at the register while ordering. It was pretty busy and a Friday night! I tried to order the blackened Mahi taco which was the special of the night along with another taco and a side. She said she was sorry but they had just sold out of the Mahi! I ordered the cod fish taco to substitute instead. No problem- right?
Soon after ordering, we took a seat along with our order numbers. It was maybe ten minutes later that I got my two tacos and side order of corn.- pretty efficient. A few minutes later, my daughter received her order. She told them that she ordered the bowl and they got it wrong so they had to take it back and redo the order! I started to eat one of my tacos- the fish. It was after seven o’clock so we were pretty hungry. Right when I bit in I could tell the taco was barely room temperature and not even warm. I was so hungry I just kept eating. I shared with my daughter a bite and she noticed the same thing-a cold taco.
I hope Mojo could do better than that!
The place was hopping so it was pretty noisy if you like that type of atmosphere.
I’m not sure I’ll return. There was a lot to be desired. It has the potential to be a great place to eat but just not that night!

Really cool place, tasty food, a bit pricey.
My family of 4 ate here in April 2025, and since I ate earlier I didn’t get a meal, and for the 3 of them it was $66.
The food was really good, we enjoyed the atmosphere.
When in the ordering line it was confusing to know exactly what they offered, so we had to lookup the menu online – and that was a big help.
The 2 taco meal with a side was what both kids ordered, and my daughter was full, but son was still hungry.
They both got fries with their meal, and if course that was subject to “dad tax” – and I enjoyed their unique flavored seasoned fries.
The wife ordered a taco and the Cali fries. The Cali fries was our favorite item.
This is a good place to go with little kids as the dining area is informal and the kids can walk around or be loud and it’s A-OK.
The kids also enjoyed that the drink is a station where you can select your own drinks (and of course, as kids like to do, mix multiple drinks together).
The location is nice as it’s on the west side of “The Factory” very close to the west parking lot.
The bathrooms are in the common area of the Factory and are really clean.

Ohhh man these tacos were good!! Got the old school and adobo chicken, incredible! Friend got adobo and the green chili cheeseburger taco, she loved hers! The guac and chips were so fresh and good!! And the street corn side was better than the rice, at least for me! Would come back, just that good!!

Hey the food was really good. The layout results in people in line watching you eat, and lots of foot traffic as there isn’t a lot of space when it’s busy, which it was when I went. None of this is to say this isn’t worth a visit, it definitely is. The factory in general and the stores within just isn’t the kind of atmosphere I seek out.

Love this place! However the last few times the tacos have been way too salty. I don’t know if it’s a new person in the kitchen or what. Tonight it was so salty I had to return them. Hopefully they’ll get a handle on this.

These are the best tacos I have ever had! And I have gone to a lot of taco joints over the years. I can almost guarantee you will agree if you go. You order up at a counter and then sit down with a number for your order. The quick service for the quality is just unbelievable. The fajita taco was my fav. The guac and salsa are amazing. Margaritas are excellent as well. Highly recommend !
