Update: the restaurant owner reached out to me to apologize and said they are working on making some changes as well as provided a replacement meal. I appreciate the customer service and the return experience was better, it still took a while but they also seemed busy and managing it well. I hope they continue to improve things.

What happened? The service here is so bad it’s literally unbelievable. They ALWAYS get the order wrong and ALWAYS tell you to go wait at a parking stall instead of having your food ready in a reasonable time. It also always takes way longer than it should to get the wrong thing that I didn’t order that’s already cold and gross. I’m been sitting in the drive through parking stall for 20 minutes now for their stupidly expensive chicken strips. If you charge this much for your food you better up your service game. Get it together. Fast food is not that hard.

I usually go solo for lunch on weekedays. I like the Western Bacon Cheeseburger with onion rings. Staff are friendly & really make the effort to have the food quick & stay accurate with the order. The drive-through fills up at peak rush, so I usually go inside, where there are a few people & the tables are clean. Thanks for reopening the dining room!

I went through the drive through to order 2 kids meals and 2 burgers combos with 2 fried zucchini. The work at the window were very rude did not fill the drinks up properly and when I got home realized the completely forgot a burger.

Serious complaint about this store right now, Uber eats as well. Place the $21 order my order was made the Uber driver refused the order, and it sat there forever. When calling the store to inquire as to what was going on with my food. The people in the store either ignored the call entirely, or they picked up the call for all of 5 seconds and then hung up with never saying a word. Entirely unprofessional unacceptable I will never buy food or place any order from Carl’s Junior ever again. If this is the kind of service that Carl’s Junior accepts and tolerates no one should buy from them ever again. Entirely unacceptable

I feel like the management doesn’t train the staff very well.

Wait times are long, and it seems chaotic and disorganized. Most of the time you’re going to wait at the front after going through the drive through and they’ll forget your napkins, what your car looked like, all after a 10 minute wait. There’s gotta be some better way to all this.

What happened to this location?

Very understaffed always, so it always takes like 25 mins to even be spoken to when coming in the lobby, usually not even glanced at. And it’s not the workers’ fault, but management needs to schedule more people at once. 3 people in the entire story at 530 pm is ridiculous

Since my last review on Carl’s biscuits and gravy, my husband and I have eaten a couple of other times from Carl’s Jr.
February 6th, we had burgers, and my cousin had their kids four-piece chicken star meal.
I had a regular hamburger, and on it, there was ketchup, mustard, and dill pickles, and I requested onion, pretty darn basic. My husband had a double cheeseburger and a large french fry, and on it was two-beef patties, cheese, ketchup, mustard, onion, and pickles. And finally, my cousin had the kid’s four-piece chicken star meal, which consisted of four pieces of chicken stars, small french fry, a small drink, and a toy. Here’s the funny thing, we all liked the food, and we all agreed it reminded us of McDonald’s food; the taste was very similar all the way around, except the french fries; my hubby swears that Carl’s Jr. french fries are better.

For yesterday’s (3/23/21) food, I purchased a Charbroiled Chicken Salad, and I had the choice of a house dressing or Balsamic Vinaigrette; I picked the Balsamic Vinaigrette. The salad should have had the charbroiled chicken, red onion, tomato, four-cheese blend, and croutons on a bed of Iceberg lettuce. There was less than a 1/4 teaspoon worth of cheese if on my salad, and I’m being very generous saying that but no croutons anywhere, with three small thin pieces of onion. I’ll admit, they were pretty generous with the chicken, and it happened to be very tasty. Aside from the delicious chicken, the salad was very uninteresting.
You never know until you try, and now I have tried it, and I know to move on and never order that salad again!

A while back, a friend recommended their biscuits and gravy breakfast; although I can’t say I know how it tastes, I have purchased it a few times for my mom and cousin, and they seem to enjoy it! I can say that its price is a great deal, especially the complete meal that comes with biscuits & gravy, hash rounds, and coffee. Our complaint is, they never give enough gravy!

We did purchase an additional coffee (because the biscuit and gravy meal came with one), also an egg, bacon, and cheese breakfast burrito; unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture to include, but my cousin enjoyed it, and the size of it was decent!

For being fast-food coffee, the coffee wasn’t too bad in taste; If the situation were right, I would order their coffee again.

It can be a little slow-moving in the drive-thru; in a none Covid year, I would say it is quicker to go in and purchase it physically, none-the-less, at least the drive-through is open.

Carl’s Jr. is a stand-alone restaurant and is located off Kitsap Way in Bremerton, near Winco.
485 Kitsap Way, Bremerton, WA.

Try their Biscuits and Gravy, but don’t forget to ask for extra gravy!

Unlike other Carl’s Jr. The food was terrible, the bun on the chicken sandwich was stale. The chicken was dry. Very disappointed. This may be due to it being so new and the workers not being familiar with making the food. I might try it again in a few months.

Not good! I rarely leave bad reviews. I work nearby this store and have been going there since it opened. I have watched the quaility of food seriously decline. They still haven’t opened the dining room( post pandemic), and they have had the second drive through closed for two years? I went there today and ordered a bacon cheese burger in a lettuce wrap and this is what I got. Forgot the bacon and aparently there out of lettuce? I was told after I went back through the drive thru. (dinning room is closed). I really don’t blame the employees. I blame management and or owners/upper management. Give your people what they need to thrive! I really like Carl’s Jr and don’t really have super high expectations when getting fast food. I just hope they get there stuff together.

Definitely avoid this place at night.
So many wrong orders and the food was not good.
I’ve only gone twice at night and both times were terrible.
Days seem fine for service but the food still sucks.
